  • Fabulous!

"This spotless and tastefully furnished apartment is an unbelievable treasure. The location was within 10 minutes walking distance to St. Lazare station, the Champs ELysees, Place de la Concorde, the Madeline, and the shopping area of Galeries Lafayettes and the Opera. There was also a metro stop just around the corner. As a single female, I was able to walk everywhere from the apartment and felt entirely safe. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean and well equipped. I had colleagues staying nearby in a hotel and were paying the same price for a tiny box of a room. They couldn't believe the luxury of my apartment, for the same price. I've given Damien's contact to many of my friends who can't wait to say here. The perfect spot for a single or couple visiting Paris, and the owner, Damien, is a delightful and hospitable host."

  • Wonderful apartment right in a wonderful location

"There is so much to like about this apartment. Located in a safe, quiet but very convenient part of Paris, Olivier's apartment is spacious, clean and is a great place to come back to after a long day of exploring. Although very tiny, the elevator in the apartment block means that you won't have to lug your luggage up 4 flights of stairs yourself. The three separate bedrooms all in their own corner of the apartment allows for privacy and the beds are very comfy. The well-working wifi and option to call (for free) to landlines overseas was a huge benefit and one that my family was grateful for. The fully functioning kitchen with plenty of appliances meant that it was easy to make a meal at the apartment, although it would have been nice to have had a drying rack for the dishes. The two and a half bathrooms (the toilet is on its own) meant that more than one person could be utilising the bathroom at once. There are plenty of restaurants, bakeries and lovely cafes nearby (Télescope just next door is great!), as well as the supermarket at Monoprix on Avenue de l'Opéra. It's almost crazy how convenient it is to get to the big tourist attractions (The Louvre, Musée d'Orsay, Eiffel Tower etc.) from the apartment either by Metro or walking. My family thanks Olivier for taking the time to check my family in, go through house rules and give us tips on exploring and navigating our way through Paris. I'm sure that being able to stay at such a great apartment positively affected our first time trip to Paris and I'd happily recommend this apartment to family and friends."

  • Paris in Winter

"“This well placed little apartment is perfect for two with a little knowledge of Paris. The apartment is close to Notre Dame, Metro, a fromagerie, boulangeries, providores and markets and walking distance from the 6th and the wonderful shops and sights. The apartment is well appointed and perfect for 2 people (although it is sparsely lit and could do with some ceiling lighting). Access to the apartment was easy. Our introduction was extremely brief and not particularly welcoming but then again this is our third consecutive winter in Paris so there is not much new to learn. We had a very comfortable stay at Columbard and will definitely use your company again. “"

  • Pied-à-terre à St Germain, très bien

"My husband and I spent one week in this apt. at the turn of April and May. We can recommend it in many ways. The location is of course number one. Everything is close at your hands: metro, buses, museums, restaurants, cafes, shops. We have stayed in many hotels in the same area but were happy to rent the apt. this time as it was much more comfortable to stay at “home” than in a tiny hotel room. Had pretty rainy weather that week. The apt. itself is spacious and well-equipped (TV pretty old fashioned though), has a very fast wifi connection, bedroom is quiet, kitchen works well. However, if the apt. would be mine, I’d do something to make it a bit cozier. Definitely the first thing would be to change the big, light living room carpet which is stained all over. Makes look the whole living room dirty though it’s not. The apt. info is fastened impractically inside on the door where it is inconvenient to read. I’d appreciate if everything would be in a folder instead. When arriving had some key problems but the manager office arranged everything in decent time which is not at all the case generally when staying in Paris or in France. Moreover this incident got us acquainted with our charming and helpful next door neighbor. The whole renting process with InBeauParis and Jean-Noël went fluently. The deposit fee was back on my account the next day I came back home. Thank you."
