  • Quaint apartment in convenient location

"Our hostess was very charming and helpful. We stayed in the Syrah apartment which was spacious and reasonably priced. We enjoyed sitting out in the garden enjoying a baguette or pain au chocolat. And the local Florensac wine was really good. The apartment was conveniently located to many interesting towns. And while it is close to the main highway, it is secluded enough to still feel like you are in the country."

  • Cottage with character

"Close to major sites like Carcassonne and the beach at Narbonne. Loved walking to the bakery every morning for our baguette and croissants! Worked well for family of four. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom were very steep so probably not suitable for very young children. Loved the stone walls and the character of the home!"

  • Home from Home

"What a great little place to stay in Quillan, nicely decorated but retaining the charm of a typical French property. We had a very cosy week here. Very easy booking and arrangements. We came in Fiesta week with lots going on locally but it was also still quiet and relaxing, just a short distance away from the main square. Its a lovely part of France and you cannot go far wrong with this charming house and its lovely French neighbours. Nice spot from which to visit all the local sights from Carcassonne, Chateau les Renne to Leucate beach. Market in nearby Esperaza on a Sunday was great. Local rivers good for Kayaking and ski slopes cater for mountain bikes to out of season, not that we tried."
