"We had a wonderful time at La Calisanne. Very pleasant owners to deal with and where any questions you may have from the time of booking to and during your stay are taken care of promptly. They have thought of literally everything and there was not one thing we would have missed or wished to be different. A special note also to the absolutely fully equipped kitchen, something we have never experienced throughout our many rentals and which is appreciable for someone preferring to cook a good lunch or diner. We found everything to be perfect for the house, ammenities and surroundings!
The house is located in a wonderful area, very quiet though close to the village. You won't miss any comfort here as everything has been arranged and thought of with great care. Well designed, bright and sunny interior with a lovely garden (plenty of lights at night if you wish so) and a superb pool which has an absolutely fantastic view. A great place to wind down, relax and enjoy the tranquility.
If you like to visit like we do, you have plenty of charming villages nearby within a short driving distance, the sea being less than an hour away and on your visits, you can enjoy one of the restaurants on your way or take a break and visit one of the many wineyards for wine tasting and to fill up your wine cellar again.
We highly recommend the house and place and will certainly retain it in our favorites for futur "Provence Verte" visits."

"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Indigo. Ten of us (2 families) spent the Christmas - New Year period in the Villa and we could not fault it. The Villa was very clean, spacious and equipped to a very high standard. The grounds and setting are just stunning - it is even better than the photos. St Remy is a delightful town and Celine was a fantastic and responsive host. Highly recommended."

"Villa Briancon was everything its description promised - and more. It has the most magnificent view across to the old town and is extremely well situated, especially if you have a car (or two, as we had).
The owners, Gilles and Isabelle, who live in the apartment below, were extremely welcoming and helpful without being intrusive and we quickly felt very much at home.
The property, which was spotlessly clean when we arrived, is spacious and well laid out and was always warm with plenty of hot water - particularly appreciated after a day's skiing! Everyone in our party (five adults, three teenage boys) agreed the beds were comfortable and plenty of bedding and linen was provided. The kitchen is well equipped, with every appliance and utensil you could need and a large supermarket and shopping centre is just 5 minutes walk down the hill for provisions.
We booked our ski passes and hired equipment from the Briancon ski centre which is just minutes away by car but as it was the New Year week we were advised that it would be less busy to ski from Chantemerle, 3-4 kilometres up the road, and this area was our focus for the week. Providing you arrive reasonably early in the morning you can park close to the gondola station (5 euros a day) or there is a larger parking area (free) on the outskirts, a 5-10 minute walk from the gondola station, depending on how much kit you are carrying! The speedy gondola takes you up to the slopes and there's a good range of runs to choose from as well as plenty of cafes and this ski area kept our party (a mix of beginners to advanced intermediates) happy for the week.
It was a pleasure to return home to Villa Briancon each evening and we have no hesitation in recommending it to friends or relatives. We imagine it must also be a wonderful base in the summer months - something for us to think about for the future?"

""My friend and I found this apt. perfect for our needs. We used it as a base for daily excursions to many cities, villages and sights in Provence. The convenience of parking our rental car right outside the apt. was a real plus. Space was ample, with a bedroom for each of us, a kitchen large enough to accommodate us both when we ate in, and a roomy dining/living area in which to eat and hang out. We loved Cavaillon and having a fresh produce market right across the street. And we got to practice our French frequently, as the town didn't seem to have many tourists. Kudos to Pat for her suggestion to take the scenic route to Aix-on-Provence -- and for having a French Monopoly set (great for rainy days)."
We were there in April and the weather was perfect, except for one rainy day. People who go to Provence in the summer often look for a rental with a yard, a view and a swimming pool, which this apartment does not have. But it is spacious, convenient and pedestrian-friendly."
