  • Superbe maison

"Les propriétaires de cette très belle masion en ont fait un veritable petit paradis! Seul bemol, la situation, la maison est vraiment dans Marseille. Nous l'imaginions plus à mi parcours entre Marseille et Cassis."

  • PERFECT HOUSE ON PERFECT LOCATION

"The house is perfectly located, close to Avignon, with lot of shops in vicinity. Our arrival was stressful, cosed by flight delay and it took us three days to reach it. The only problem was that the owner was absent and the staff or the people responsible for the reception of guests were hard to reach. One of them gave me the wrong code to open the gate, the other person was busy, but at the end we managed to enter in this beautiful property. The house is perfectly equipped. We did find lot of brochures about the cities and attractions around Avignon. We would recommend the house for families, groups of people over 60. Perfect location to discover this part of France."

  • June in Provence

"Stayed for 2 weeks June 2014. Wonderful big 3 bedroom house (every bedroom a large double room) + an outhouse with 2 more ensuite bedrooms - ideal for kids or visiting families. A chef's kitchen with an abundance of storage and utensils as well as a great wood/coal BBQ outside meant that we ate most meals in. Large garden and beautiful pool mean as well as 2 large lounges + 3 large eating areas mean there is more than enough space for everyone. Property well maintained by the manager Herve and his team. Close to all the best villages in the Luberon but just far enough away to avoid the traffic and buses! This was our 5th stay in this part of the Luberon and the best villa we have come across Hope to be back soon!"

  • Outstanding home; relaxing, beautiful setting

"Every part of this house and its surroundings provided us with moments both peaceful and memorable. We had an amazing stay here on our first visit to Provence, with our three kids in tow. The location was perfect for exploring the countryside, the outdoor markets, and patisseries of Cereste, and also close enough to visit Rousillon, Gordes, and Chateneuf du Pape. But there were also days where we simply stayed put, hiking the trails, relaxing in the pool, gazing at the stunning views, enjoying a chance encounter with a ranging chicken. A really wonderful place to not only unwind but to soak in some truly amazing Provence culture. Meir was a fabulous host, with info for us on anything we could have possibly needed, and Ans was an incredible resource for us as well. We would absolutely love to return."

Provence Travel Tips

Reserve Provence Rentals and Explore the Local French History

While traveling throughout France, a visit to Provence is in demand to see many of the region’s breathtaking views and attractions. Enjoy the seasonal lavender fields that stretch as far as the eye can see, historical chateaus and even local abbeys found near Provence rentals.

Venture out from Provence Rentals and Enjoy the Natural Wonders

During the summer months, your Provence accommodation offers easy access to expansive lavender fields found throughout the local region. You’ll love the beautiful colors and photos that look much like a postcard. These wild lavender fields are accented by golden wheat fields seen throughout your Provence travel destinations, and serve as a gorgeous backdrop to many famous sites in the area and a highlight of your France vacation.

Choose a Provence Accommodation and Visit the Three Sisters

Senanque Abbey, Silvacane Abbey and Thoronet Abbey are known as the "three sisters of Provence," and are easily accessible from Provence rentals. These 12th-century abbeys were built to house monks of the Cistercian order. Enjoy a day away from your Provence accommodation, touring the church, dormitory and chapter house found in the abbeys. If you prefer, your Provence travel can even include a hike in the hills surrounding one of the abbeys, complete with a picnic and scenic view of surrounding lavender fields.

Include a Visit to Javon Chateau during Your Provence Travel

Built in the 16th century, the Javon Chateau served as shelter for many knights during the Renaissance period. This site, found near Provence rentals, evokes the feeling of stark royalty complemented by well-kept gardens. This Provence accommodation has been owned by the same family for the past five generations, and was recently used during the Second World War. Currently, the chateau serves as a private residence and cannot be toured, though the exterior offers beautiful photo opportunities to remember your Provence travel adventures.
