"Everything as advertised. The house is ideally located in Dalkey and was very comfortable for the 7 of us. The owner was accessible and I would highly recommend this place to both family and friends."

"Tim and Bernadette were most gracious hosts. They checked in several times throughout our week long stay to see how things were going. One of the days I was trying to make some kindling out of larger logs and Tim showed me where there was an available supply. When we initially arrived they also made sure we knew where everything was and suggested how we could spend our time.
What I wish I had known before booking - Town is too far away to walk.
What delightfully surprised me - The easy access to amazing places in Killarney, you don't even need to go far to enjoy everything."

"David's cottage was a dream rental -- beautifully situated, impeccably maintained, close enough to everything but on a quiet road with little traffic. Amazing sunsets, lovely pastoral views of fields with rocks and rainbow-colored cows (one of my favorite things -- in the US, all cows in a herd tend to be the same color ... boring). Spent a week at the cottage inFanore during my birthday tour of County Clare (my namesake) and highly recommend this location as a jumping off point for day trips. If you visit, be sure to visit O'Donoghue's pub for some of the tastiest fish & chips ever. Cottage has a huge, private master BR with a sitting area, and a loft area upstairs perfect for kids."

"I vividly recommend staying at the cottage in Bantry. My stay there was enormously enjoyable. The house is spacious, airy, full of light and, above all, peaceful. As a writer, I just needed an inspiring place where to create and the cottage was perfect for that purpose. It was so relaxing to have a chance every day to face the Bantry Bay and feel a direct contact to nature, isolated from everything else. The private beach is so handy and pretty. The views from each room are excellent and the colours and sounds of the bay are breathtaking. The house is perfectly equipped. The owner and caretaker were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Bantry village is a three minute drive and from the house it is possible to take very pleasant walks. Other villages and towns are not far and can be easily explored. I am definitely going to stay in this cottage again."
