"My wife returned to the Stone House for her third visit, me my second and we brought two friends for their first stay. Weather is always a bit of a concern, but it cooperated and we had a wonderful week stay. The Stone House is one of the few places we visit we consider "home" as soon as we walk in. The owners have taken such great care and concern in the furnishings and surrounding to make it an experience of a life-time but one you should know, once you experience it you will want to come back again and again. This trip we met Phil's daughter, Sharon who is a total delight and who takes such care in cleaning and comforts she is delightful! We missed "the boys" restaurant which was closed for health reasons and hope it reopens before our next stay. Plan to explore the area, but leave plenty of time to sit infront of the peat fire, read a good book or simply to stare our the window at the most amazing view you will ever see! Restaurants are all great, but check out the Stone House Restaurant in Ventry for an amazing meal. Take in the shops of Dingle, there is so much to see and do in such a compact area. These hosts truly love the land, their country and welcoming people into their home, check out the smaller cottage with just two bedrooms next door if that meets your needs and the Stonehouse is booked for your dates, it is another amazing space! Cannot say enough, simply we look forward to our return trip."Guest: Michael G. Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 23, 2014View listing
"We stayed at Beachmount House from 11 March, 2014 until 30 March, 2014. Would have loved to stay longer but had to return home although this was like being home! The house is PERFECT! It is everything stated in it's description and more. Perfect location, Perfect amenities, Perfect host (the lady couldn't do enough for us), Perfect, Perfect, Perfect! It is close to Dingle, it is close to Slea Head, it is close to Dun Quin and Balleyferriter. All the rooms (kitchen, bath, sitting, bed) are well equipped and comfortable. Great view of the mountains and Ventry Bay from the kitchen and the sitting room. The sitting room is perfect for those very, very cold, windy, rainy nights when one wants to just sit in with a hot pot of tea and watch the tele, read or play games. If I could give this house a 10 star rating, I would. Really, this place is a gem, see for yourself for you will not be disappointed. Looking forward to our next stay which I hope will be soon."Guest: Sally Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: April 9, 2014View listing
"My husband and I stayed at Burnham View with my sister and her husband. Breda met us and was extremely helpful with suggestions on what to do and see in and around Dingle. The home was lovely and immaculate! We had a wonderful time. It is nice to have the space to spread out with all the conveniences of home!"Guest: Dee Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: June 26, 2014View listing
