Magica Vista. It’s like being invited to your best friend's sister's private holiday home!
"Ok, you will have to climb some 100 steps to the front door. That is if you've made it to the second tunnel North of Amalfi- also the equivalent of a 100 steps climb. But my, the reward is truly magnificent! Living at Magica Vista is like sitting in a painting of which the scenes change all the time from beautiful to more beautiful. Even should you go nowhere during your stay it would be rewarding beyond expectation.
Magica Vista is a roomy well-built first floor apartment against the cliffs of Amalfi with lots of character, breathing space and a veranda with views to die for. There is no sign of a clinical built-to -rent time-share apartment. It is equipped and stocked as if the owners just left it well prepared for close friends. Whether provided by the owners or left by other users, all the basics and not so basics like balsamic and olive oil are to be found in the kitchen. The cutlery and cooking utensils speak of stuff painstakingly selected rather than providing some mismatched redundant items.
Magica Vista is close enough to Amalfi for all Italian niceties. No large supermarket but well stocked deli's abound. Take note that the closest shop is about 15 minutes on foot from the apartment. Excellent ferry and bus transport connect you to all places on the Amalfi coast. A car should be avoided as parking hardly exists and the narrow busy roads require special driving skills with an Italian attitude to survive dozens of daredevil scooter riders and others on suicidal missions that frequent the road. Using a bus provides extra benefits as a ride with a skilled driver beats any roller coaster against a backdrop that must be unique and one of the prettiest on the planet.
We can recommend Magica Vista without hesitation. The leaking tap and screeching bathroom door simply vanish against the quality of everything else and a truly Magical Vista!"

"We just ended a wonderful 5-night stay at the Holiday House, and we left only because we had airplane tickets home the next day! This large, clean apartment was the perfect spot for doing nothing at all, or for using as a home base for exploring the area. It is every bit as beautiful as the pictures, with the added bonus of quiet nights and peaceful days. Please note that there seem to be reviews for more than one property on this listing; ours is for the Holiday House pictured (with the beautiful old rose tree). I mention this because you really do need a car at this location. It's nearly two kilometers downhill from the Furore bus stop and market, making walking impractical, if not impossible. With that being said, a wonderful parking spot is included with the house, and we simply drove up the hill and parked near the market whenever we wanted to catch the bus to Amalfi or just to shop for groceries. The Furore market had wonderful fresh local produce and enough meat, cheese and pasta for cooking excellent meals and enjoying them on the deck, which I highly recommend. The entire Amalfi coast area is magical and worth exploring, but for us, the very best times were spent on our deck and terrace at Holiday House with a glass of wine, a plate of fresh tomato bruschetta, and one of the best views in the world!"

Your Amalfi home away from home with your hosts with the most.
"This was our best travel experience yet because of Oliver and Lelia's hospitality and attention to detail at House Oliver. All the descriptions and pictures are accurate and yet can not capture all the beauty this location offers. Listen to all of Oliver's recommendations for food and spots to see. Your trip wont be complete if you dont take him up on the cruise on his boat. It was worth every euro to see the best parts of the coast and spots you would never go to without his insights."

"Our experience with Costa Divina was incredible from the moment we expressed interest in renting one of their villas. They were very responsive and answered all of our questions from the time we booked until our unforgettable trip to Italy! We knew we made the right choice even before we saw our villa. They arranged everything beautifully! On top of their great service the villa we rented - Villa Oriana by far exceeded our expectations. The villa was so beautiful it literally took our breath away. It was so difficult to leave there we nearly cried having to leave there. We absolutely plan on returning and booking through Costa Divina again!"
