  • Great Apartment

"We had a lovely week here and would recommend it to anyone. Antonio, Andrew and Mama were great and gracious when we arrived. They made their garage available so we could avoid the parking fees on the street. The kitchen was a joy to cook in and the beds gave me a great nights sleep. We also found some great finds in the neighborhood, the fruit and vegetable market across the street, the pub around the corner for a late night snake and drink and for a great meal a block away is a fantastic Persian restaurant with a wonderful family running it."

  • Great Location!!!

"We had a wonderful time here in Bologna. The apartment was large enough to accommodate the whole family for an extraordinary experience here in Italy. Carla and her husband were most gracious and even had the refrigerator stocked with goodies to get us started. The apartment is located in a perfect place....close to the railroad station, restaurants, and everything Bologna has to offer. Even though we stayed for three weeks, we were not ready to leave. Many, many thanks!!"

  • 12 Days in Wonderful Bologna Apartment

"Our 12 day stay in this beautiful apartment overlooking the park began with a welcoming greeting from the owner and her daughter. They couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. There was a delicious dessert and a great bottle of wine waiting on us. The apartment is extremely clean and well decorated providing everything you would need. You cannot beat the location with grocery stores, restaurants and the bus stop within a 2 minute walk. The train station was a short bus top away or a 15 minute walk which allowed us to take multiple day trips to other cities, i.e. Venice, Parma, Modena, Ravena and Ferra. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to visit Bologna and if we were to ever get back there would make this our first choice of accommodations."

  • Amazing get-a-way in Italy

"Rasiglio is a beautiful, large Italian home that is jam packed with hospitality and charm. It is located out in the country, approximately 40 minutes from Bologna. The property is large and beautiful. There are walking trails throughout, and much to see in the way of nature. The house itself is very large and well kept. The kitchen is user friendly, there is a laundry room, several bathrooms, and many bedrooms. There is a beautiful front lawn area with tables and chairs to sit and enjoy the quiet an beauty. The very best part of Rasiglio is Carlo and his family! Carlo the owner, Carla his mother, Christina his Aunt, and Alfredo, Christina's husband took such good care of our party of nine! They cooked amazing food for us, gave a wonderful pasta making demonstration, and made sure that we were well looked after. I have never felt so immersed in a culture and it's people. Carlo's communication prior to our trip was perfect and clear. He answered all questions and concerns. He is a perfect gentleman and host. We used our stay to explore the local area, enjoying small, local restaurants and touring the Marconi Museum with Carla helping us with the arrangements. Carla has extensive knowledge of Marconi and wireless history and was a complete delight! Bologna is a busy metropolis and well worth visiting. We highly recommend taking a terracotta tour! Amazing and beautiful history! I highly recommend this property and hope someday to visit with Carlo and his family once again."
