  • lovely apartment and great view

"Our family stayed in the apartment over the New Year Holiday, and had a wonderful time. The view of St. Peter's Basilica is beautiful by day, and night. The apartment had everything we needed with a wonderful terrace. Our host, Alberto was a pleasure. He was very accommodating throughout our stay. He gave us additional information prior to and during our visit. We would love to return for a future stay here. We will also recommend to our friends or anyone going to Rome."

  • Great find / Great location

"Bordering the Forum and the Monti district, and just a short 10-minute walk from the Colosseum, Enzo's apartment is in an ideal location. It's as advertised, or better, and my wife and two teenagers loved it and we had a fantastic time. We walked everywhere, even to Travestere and the Vatican, although those are serious walks. However, the Forum borders the building, and it almost seems like the building itself was a part of the Forum. There is a charming elevator, and a quaint breakfast place immediately next door. Enzo is very communicative, and makes everything abundantly clear. I felt it was a fair price. Much better and economical than Rome hotels, if you ask me. I'd stay there again. Two pieces of advice: get a private tour to the Villa Borghese, and get the ravioli at Glass Hosteria (to die for!)."

  • Ideal location for a Roma walkabout

"All the previous reviews are true. Yes, the shower is very small and the stairs are worn and steep but the location more than makes up for these minor deficiencies. Perhaps the owner could remove one of the many sets of crockery so visitors have some storage space in the kitchen. The layout of the flat could be improved but you're only there for a visit so it's not that important. Instead, have a look out the bathroom window into the courtyard to see the hanging toilets of an adjoining old building. Isn't Rome an exciting city!"

  • Clean, Safe, Great location

"Niccolo was a great host, sent a car for us, was there when we arrived, helped with our luggage and made sure we had a car to the train station and helped with our luggage when we left. Thank you so much! The apartment was wonderful and we made good use of the terrace. The neighborhood was wonderful with many great places to dine. We walked to the hop-on-hop-off locations where we had purchased a pass. Had a great Roman Holiday and really enjoyed our stay at the roof-top studio. Gail and Ray from Florida, US"
