"My daughter and I were visiting Rome for the first time. The apartment is located on a tree-lined street with convenient access to the Vatican, restaurants, Metro. Upon arrival, we found the place clean and containing everything you need for an extended stay. The building is quaint (built in the mid- to late-1800s) and even includes an old-style elevator/lift. But what really made the trip a good experience was working with Andrea. He is very responsive to email requests and arranged transportation for us to and from the airport. Although Andrea was unavailable for our apartment orientation, his colleague Guilia met us and gave us a tour and answered our questions. She did an excellent job. This was first-class all the way and I would not hesitate to recommend Andrea and his property to anyone."

"Can't say enough about this apartment rental experience! Very comfortable, well lit and attractively furnished apartment in a secure building with a concierge and an elevator. It works very well for three people. Exterior windows face the courtyard insuring low noise levels during the night. Location is fabulous for seeing all of the major sights on foot or by bus. There is a cab stand one block away and the bus stop is two blocks from the building--also, there must be one hundred restaurants within a six-block radius. The owner speaks English and is extremely professional to deal with. I will definitely return to this apartment."

"A family of 5, we needed more space than a hotel suite. We found this property agreeable and the communication with Morris was clear and prompt. We took a leap of faith and we were very pleased with our decision. Everything was as shown in the listing and as described in the information given. The property and the palace exude Rome's character and history, and after intense days of sightseeing it was our calm and refined oasis. The location is fantastic. We stayed in other old Rome's areas, yet none is even close to this one. It has everything one needs: many sights in its own right, most other sights within easy walk - we only took a short bus ride to the Vatican that is a little far from the centre, though we could have walked there too. This area is exciting, you truly can feel Rome's heart beat. It was the first time we found real Romans, they run most of the shops and facilities. They are witty, exuberant but friendly, accommodating and fun to deal with. If you are friendly with them, they'll pamper you. There are scores of restaurants of all kinds, yet we wanted to cook at least some meals, and there were plenty of several family-run grocers and a couple of supermarkets. Morris organized everything nicely, giving us a wealth of information even before we arrived. He also organized our transport to and from the airport. At check-in we were greeted by him and by the owner. They had for us complimentary food and wine, which never happened in previous properties we rented! They gave us a thorough introduction, and they provided us with a detailed property book with all the instructions needed, including tips about the area. In the end, we had a great holiday. We are recommending this apartment to friends, and we hope to return."
