  • A magical week in Rome!!!

"From the moment I contacted Natalia and Walter about this rental prior to a cruise, I knew it was special. They arranged for pick up at the airport upon our arrival as well as to our cruise port and return to the airport. When we arrived, Natalia stopped by to make sure things were in order and helped us plan our itinerary. She even gave us ideas of additional places to go in the area we would not have known about, and her tips on restaurants in the area were outstanding. Having a cell phone to contact them was also greatly appreciated as was the free wifi access. We traveled with another couple, and the apartment was roomy enough for 4 adults and fully equipped for our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and the second bath was a plus with four adults. The temperature was warm for October, so having an air conditioner if needed was a great perk. The washer was also great since our visit was prior to a cruise and we could wash clothes. We enjoyed the neighborhood, the feeling of safety where ever we walked, and the easy access to the Colosseum and San Clemente right down the street. We thought a week would be adequate, but wish we had more time in Rome to enjoy the city and the hospitality offered by Natalia and Walter. Thank you for a magical week in Rome!!"

  • Wonderful!

"We arrived on our 30th wedding anniversary! What a treat! The family and friends were wonderful. The first night we ate dinner up the busy street and around behind the hospital at an interesting corner between San Giovanni and Santi Quattro. The food was tasty, atmosphere was romantic, and a benefit of close to home. The coliseum was very close to home once the path was determined. We cooked dinner a couple of times because we were so tired. The very large grocery store on Via dei Laterani was a block away. It was home for us. If (when) I return, I will only want to stay here. I am recommending to all my friends however all of them want to visit in the Fall next year. The place made our trip to Rome."

  • Best Location in Rome!

"I have stayed in this apartment for 2 months while I was in Rome on business. It is an amazing location. All major attractions are walking distance from the apartment and it is also very safe because the National Bank and main Police Headquarters are on the same street. The owner is very very helpful. I did not have any problems with anything but Paola (the owner) was always asking me if everything was all right. I highly recommend this apartment! Do not go to the hotel - rent this apartment and experience the great city of Rome like locals do! Extra bonus - you will be able to see Colosseum from your window!"

  • Great find / Great location

"Bordering the Forum and the Monti district, and just a short 10-minute walk from the Colosseum, Enzo's apartment is in an ideal location. It's as advertised, or better, and my wife and two teenagers loved it and we had a fantastic time. We walked everywhere, even to Travestere and the Vatican, although those are serious walks. However, the Forum borders the building, and it almost seems like the building itself was a part of the Forum. There is a charming elevator, and a quaint breakfast place immediately next door. Enzo is very communicative, and makes everything abundantly clear. I felt it was a fair price. Much better and economical than Rome hotels, if you ask me. I'd stay there again. Two pieces of advice: get a private tour to the Villa Borghese, and get the ravioli at Glass Hosteria (to die for!)."
