  • Fantasy Fulfilled

"We just returned from our trip of a lifetime, enhanced by our stay in a truly magnificent apartment. While the photos on Italy Perfect's website led us to the apartment Magnifico, it was absolutely breathtaking in person. when we walked onto the terrace and saw the Coliseum and surroundings, we literally gasped. Breakfasts and late afternoon wine and cheese on the terrace were super peaceful and romantic. The apartment itself was beautiful and comfortable. There was a cozy tv room that had our favorite American news station broadcasted in English so that we could keep up with world events. The bed was extremely comfortable and on the cooler nights we opened the bedroom door to the terrace while we slept. We found a gourmet market on Via Cavour and stocked up on bread, cheese, breakfast items and coffee and made daily use of the American coffee maker-thank you! All in all, a perfect stay and the accessibility of Pat and the Italy Perfect staff and greeter, Consuelo, insured that we were in extremely good hands at all times. Gratzie!"

  • Cozy and convenient

"Everything we needed was provided in this charming studio/one bedroom apartment. We loved the light and even the doors to a little balcony overlooking the garden. This sort of airy lightness is very unusual in the city. The bed was super comfortable and while small, the apartment was comfortable. We even entertained another couple one night for a glass of wine before going out. The location is close to everything and it is quiet at night! The apartment has several level changes from bedroom to kitchen and bathroom which renters need to be aware of. If anyone walks at night, it could be a problem, although it was not for us. We will stay here again on our next visit to Rome!"

  • Wonderful Apartment & Perfect Location

"We spent 4 fabulous days at this apartment. It was the perfect location to explore Rome. It's a short walk to the Coliseum and Forum. It's also a short walk to the metro, which we easily used to get to the Vatican. There are several bakeries, delis, and other food stores nearby, so you can buy delicious food to bring back to your apartment. And plenty of Gelato is within walking distance too. Andrea met us at the apartment and gave us a full tour on the apartment. He even showed us the 'American' coffee maker and the Italian one. Needless to say, we bought a new coffee maker once we got back to the states. He also gave us a city map with some of his favorites marked. We carried that map with us everywhere we went. Andrea was so helpful in arranging a taxi to and from the airport. We saw him several times during our stay, and he was always quick to make sure we were having fun and ask if we needed anything. The apartment is quiet and has everything you need. The terrace was perfect for enjoying lunch or a glass of wine Our only disappointment was that we didn't get to stay longer. If we are ever lucky enough to come back to Rome, this apartment is where I would want to stay."

  • Apartment near Colosseum

"The listing description and photos were accurate for this apartment. The property is clean and very well-maintained. The double windows kept out any street noise and made for quiet nights. Our two daughters (in their 20's) were with us, and although the sitting area is on the small side, we felt as if we had plenty of room due to the large bedrooms. It was convenient to have wi-fi, a washing machine & drying rack, and a local cell phone available for our use during our stay. Natalia and Walter were helpful in helping us to plan the remainder of our Rome vacation. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and relatives. The Colosseum is at the end of the street, and is beautiful at night. San Clemente is on the same street as the apartment...I highly recommend taking the tour below the church for a small entrance fee....go early as it gets overcrowded. We toured the Roman Forum and Palantine Hill the day after we visited the Colosseum since the ticket is good for two days. (go early to all attractions--right when they open---to avoid the heavy crowds) We ate at most of the restaurants in the neighborhood and the food was enjoyable. Grazie Natalia and Walter!!"
