  • Great find / Great location

"Bordering the Forum and the Monti district, and just a short 10-minute walk from the Colosseum, Enzo's apartment is in an ideal location. It's as advertised, or better, and my wife and two teenagers loved it and we had a fantastic time. We walked everywhere, even to Travestere and the Vatican, although those are serious walks. However, the Forum borders the building, and it almost seems like the building itself was a part of the Forum. There is a charming elevator, and a quaint breakfast place immediately next door. Enzo is very communicative, and makes everything abundantly clear. I felt it was a fair price. Much better and economical than Rome hotels, if you ask me. I'd stay there again. Two pieces of advice: get a private tour to the Villa Borghese, and get the ravioli at Glass Hosteria (to die for!)."

  • Colosseum Apartment

"Paulo's Colosseum Apartment was perfect for our family trip to Rome. We stayed there for over a week and a half and it wasn't nearly long enough! The location is conveniently close to a tram line, both metro lines, and a variety of bus lines. Paulo was very helpful with getting us settled in and acquainting us with what was nearby and available in the neighborhood! We would love to stay here on our next trip! Would you come back again or recommend this home to a friend? Was the property a good fit for the group you were traveling with? What nearby activities, attractions, or restaurants did you enjoy? What did the owner or property manager do to provide great customer service?"

  • Fantastic

"My husband and I stayed a week in this apartment (late September/early October) and it was truly fantastic. The neighborhood ended up being our favorite in Rome. Great restaurants, walking distance to everything, etc. It was maybe larger than what we needed; we never used the living room, but the terrace was amazing and we spent most of our apartment time out there. A couple of things to be aware of are that there are a lot of stairs going up and the shower is very, very small. These things were not a problem for us because we're used to that type of thing coming from SF, but this may be an issue for others. Also, if you plan on doing laundry, don't wait until your last day because the washing machine only washes a couple of items at a time and each load takes at least an hour (no dryer either). Anyhow, overall the apartment was great: clean, quiet, spacious, great location, amazing terrace, etc. Highly recommended."

  • Perfect apartment for visiting Rome

"We spent two plus weeks in this apartment and found it very comfortable. The furnishings are attractive and stylish and the rooms are bright and sunny. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare a simple meal and the bathroom is modern and well appointed. A flat screen tv was available with a hookup for an iPod or mp3 player and there was an extensive library to choose from in case you need something to read. Monti is a lively neighborhood with many restaurants and small artisan shops to explore. There is a lot to see in the area including the Forum and Colosseum. Transportation to other major sites is convenient. The owners were very helpful and easy to contact and they provided thorough information in the apartment guide book. I would recommend this apartment very highly."
