  • Nice time in Rome

"This Rome apartment is very nice decorated, light and spacious. We two women spent 5 nights here and the two single beds were quite perfect for us. Also the well equipped kitchen was comfortable for cooking our own meals. A washing machine, TV and WIFI were also available. The neighborhood is quiet and you can find every kind of shops, restaurants, covered markets and different bus stops nearby. The absolutly friendly owner can help you in 5 languages: Italian, English, French, German and Spanish. We felt safe, very well hosted and had a nice time. Thanks a lot."

  • Wonderful home in Rome

"Marida was so helpful throughout the reservation process as well as when she met us when we arrived near the loft. The loft was wonderful! It is air conditioned, open, spacious, CLEAN, modern and welcoming. Wi-fi worked quite well. The full kitchen came in handy as our family of six cooked in it numerous times during our stay. Everything was very organized and neat in the apartment; plenty of all the supplies we needed--towels, soap, spices, laundry detergents, etc. When we wanted to make the sofa bed back into a couch, Marida answered my email quickly letting us know where the cushions were stored. The terrace is fantastic! Great place to relax in the evenings with the family. Location was good. There was a grocery store quite close. We stayed in three apartments while on our vacation in Italy and this was my family's favorite. The photos and description on this website accurately portray this apartment. I would highly recommend this loft to our family and friends."

  • Great location - owner very helpful

"The apartment was in a great location: 15 minutes walk to the Colosseum and Roman Forum, less than 5 minutes to the Capitoline Museum and Piazza Venezia. Campo di Fiori, Jewish ghetto, Piazza Navona, Tiber River are all very close. We even walked to the Vatican. Beds were comfortable and apartment was generally quiet through the night. Lorenzo (nephew of the owner) works in the small market beside the apartment, speaks English very well, and is very helpful. Elvira was also very helpful and responsive to any questions or requests and let us check-in a little early. The market is also very convenient of picking up any supermarket type items and makes great sandwiches. Caffe St Teodora (about 75 feet away) has great coffee and pastries. The Petroselli bus stop is close by (2-3 minute walk) and can be used as needed (suggest using CityMapper app to help with understand bus options)."

  • Great stay!

"This apartment was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Our family of 5 loved our stay. The apartment is a nice combination of modern comfort and classic charm. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Wifi connection was good. The location is fantastic. In the heart of the city but still quiet, away from hustle and bustle. Paolo is very professional and helpful. We tried 3 of his restaurant recommendations and they were all fantastic! Thank you for a great stay and a pleasant Roman experience! I would recommend this apartment to friends and family, and would certainly stay here if I visit Rome again."
