  • Great apartment in a great neighborhood.

"We stayed for two weeks. The apartment is clean, spacious and air conditioned. Wonderful decks which we enjoyed every morning and evening. Ideal location with good local restaurants all around. The grocery store is 1 minute away. The owners could not have been more helpful and were a delight to meet. We will go back the next time we visit Rome."

  • Great location for 4

"My wife, my parents and I stayed here for 4 nights during the first week of June. Emanuele and Sara were very responsive with booking and throughout the duration of our stay. We used the driver service from and to the Airport which was extremely convenient for the four of us. Driver was also helpful with our luggage. Sara was present on arrival of the apartment and helped us bring some of our luggage up the stairs (note: if you have difficulty with going up and down stairs, this might not be the place for you). Photos are accurate, space was clean and was just right for the 4 of us. Currently some renovations going on in the building but nothing really bothered us since we were up early and out for most of the day. Location is great and within walking distance from metro. Provided with great recommendations from the owners in their manual. Would definitely recommend going to the restaurants they list as you can easily get caught in a tourist trap around the area. Would definitely recommend!"

  • Great find / Great location

"Bordering the Forum and the Monti district, and just a short 10-minute walk from the Colosseum, Enzo's apartment is in an ideal location. It's as advertised, or better, and my wife and two teenagers loved it and we had a fantastic time. We walked everywhere, even to Travestere and the Vatican, although those are serious walks. However, the Forum borders the building, and it almost seems like the building itself was a part of the Forum. There is a charming elevator, and a quaint breakfast place immediately next door. Enzo is very communicative, and makes everything abundantly clear. I felt it was a fair price. Much better and economical than Rome hotels, if you ask me. I'd stay there again. Two pieces of advice: get a private tour to the Villa Borghese, and get the ravioli at Glass Hosteria (to die for!)."

  • Great apartment for a family or friends!

"What a great apartment for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers girls - I just wish they could have carried my bag up the stairs as well as theirs! The place has everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Alessandro met us when we arrived from the airport and helped with our quite heavy bags. He gave us a quick tour of the casa and the name of a lovely trattoria around the corner ( Luzzi ) and wished us well. We've had a great stay here and would recommend it to anyone who can climb a few stairs- you have to in Rome anyway!"
