  • Brilliant location

"Paolo's apartment in San Giovani in Laterano was perfect for our family of 8. Walking out the front door to see the Colosseum was amazing and within walking distance of the metro and buses, although we walked all over Rome every day easily. We had an experience with pickpocketers at Termini Station and less than 2 hours later Paolo called us with information that the passport and documents had been located and would be delivered to the apartment. Certainly made our Rome trip fabulous with extending our checkout time and providing such detailed information about restaurants, sights, tours etc. Would highly recommend Paolo's apartment. Thanks for all your support and assistance Paolo."

  • Perfect place to stay and enjoy Rome

"Perfect location to enjoy the Colosseum and other iconic sites. Taxis were stationed outside the apartment however we used the metro located a block away. The apartment was clean and spacious but could benefit with a few updates (nothing major). The air conditions was very much appreciated as it was very hot when we visited. There was a grocery store, bank and lots of restaurants/snack bars near by. Lots of stairs which is only a concern if you have a mobility issue. We would stay here again."

  • Wonderful home in Rome

"Marida was so helpful throughout the reservation process as well as when she met us when we arrived near the loft. The loft was wonderful! It is air conditioned, open, spacious, CLEAN, modern and welcoming. Wi-fi worked quite well. The full kitchen came in handy as our family of six cooked in it numerous times during our stay. Everything was very organized and neat in the apartment; plenty of all the supplies we needed--towels, soap, spices, laundry detergents, etc. When we wanted to make the sofa bed back into a couch, Marida answered my email quickly letting us know where the cushions were stored. The terrace is fantastic! Great place to relax in the evenings with the family. Location was good. There was a grocery store quite close. We stayed in three apartments while on our vacation in Italy and this was my family's favorite. The photos and description on this website accurately portray this apartment. I would highly recommend this loft to our family and friends."

  • Great Apartment! Wonderfully setup and easy access, just Perfect for three!

"After a little mixup at the airport with early arrival (Airlines fault) I was very glad to meet Stefano and get to the apartment. I was travelling with my 16 yr old daughter and her best friend who is 17 yrs old. The rooms were set up perfectly. All were comfortable and I was very happy to see a washing machine since our clothes were wet from the rain. All the furnishings were up to date and very welcoming. No view from the windows, but that is not why you are in Rome. A short trip down the elevator and out the door and you are in the middle of it. There is a supermarket across the street to get a few snacks or a full meal to cook in the apartment. A pharmacy next door for any medicines you might need and everything else is just a few minutes away. We had no trouble finding our way around. Great places to eat and shop within steps of the front door. There is a taxi stand just behind Santa Maria Maggoria, so you don't have to walk if you don't want to. The Colosseum is just a few minutes walk one way and the Termini is a few minutes walk the other way. Honestly, we have been to Rome 4 times, and this location is a great base location. The pictures of the apartment are the actual room, so you don't have to worry about it not being the one shown. I have had that happen before. This is the room we stayed in and I was very pleased and the girls were too. The beds were comfy and the bathroom with bathtub was great after a long day of walking. If (when) we return, I would not hesitate to call on Stefano again to book this apartment."
