  • Fantasy Fulfilled

"We just returned from our trip of a lifetime, enhanced by our stay in a truly magnificent apartment. While the photos on Italy Perfect's website led us to the apartment Magnifico, it was absolutely breathtaking in person. when we walked onto the terrace and saw the Coliseum and surroundings, we literally gasped. Breakfasts and late afternoon wine and cheese on the terrace were super peaceful and romantic. The apartment itself was beautiful and comfortable. There was a cozy tv room that had our favorite American news station broadcasted in English so that we could keep up with world events. The bed was extremely comfortable and on the cooler nights we opened the bedroom door to the terrace while we slept. We found a gourmet market on Via Cavour and stocked up on bread, cheese, breakfast items and coffee and made daily use of the American coffee maker-thank you! All in all, a perfect stay and the accessibility of Pat and the Italy Perfect staff and greeter, Consuelo, insured that we were in extremely good hands at all times. Gratzie!"

  • Great Apartment! Very helpful owners!

"We stayed at this apartment for 5 nights and loved it! The location is great- walking distance to all of the attractions in Rome, but on a quiet street. The apartment is a few steps from Campo De’Fiori which is an excellent spot for a meal, a drink or shopping at the open air market. We felt very safe and comfortable during our stay. The apartment is very spacious for two people with a bedroom as well as a separate sitting room. We had everything we needed and were even able to make a few meals in the kitchen! The washer/dryer was very convenient and easy to use as well. Sonia was so helpful from the beginning of the booking process all the way through the end of our trip. Her help in arranging transportation to and from the airport was so helpful and saved us the worry of trying to figure it out ourselves! Sonia was also very flexible and responsive to any and all requests or questions we had."

  • Perfect stay!

"Really enjoyed our stay with Maurizio! He was right downstairs when we had questions and was always happy to help. Great restaurants in the area (although you have to turn down the side streets to avoid the touristy joints). Try Fortunato right by the Pantheon. The apartment is surprisingly big. An unlimited hot water heater was wonderful after a 14 hour flight and a VERY unexpected bonus. Used the kitchen to make easy meals and reheat leftovers. Don't miss the supermercato nearby for fun souvenirs and cheap eats while you're in town. A little far from the metro, but very well connected by bus. We took a taxi once and I'm pretty sure he was double charging us (i.e. a super fast meter) so we took public transport the entire time we were there. Maurizio handled a car service to/from the airport and it was great. Our secret green door entrance made us feel like locals. Thanks for the great stay!"

  • Wonderful Apartment

"We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful apartment in Rome. Mirella was great and waiting on us when we arrived. She had tons of information and suggestions on places to eat and where to go. The rooftop terrace was a favorite of ours, we spent our evenings there overlooking Rome. The only suggestions I would have is that the mattress on the queen bed, does need to be replaced, as it sinks in the middle and there were a few water problems while we were there. Besides that, I would definitely return. Ciao"
