  • Great apartment. Great location

"This apartment is in a clean and safe building, within walking distance of all major sights. Susanna was very welcoming, even though our flight had been delayed for 2 hours and was there to show us through the apartment. The apartment is very spacious, and the kitchen was well equipped. Both the dishwasher and washing machine worked well as did the WIFI. For a European apartment, you cannot beat the space this apartment had or the nice layout. The bedroom was also quite comfortable and there is plenty of closet/shelving space for clothes and other things. There were two bathrooms which were a good size although the shower off the main bedroom was very small and would not be good for a bigger person. However, the shower in the second bathroom was great and you had enough room to move around in. The second bedroom was tiny and had the equivalent of a single bed. While there is also a pullout, I would not imagine it would be very comfortable. I would therefore, recommend this apartment for no more than 3 adults or two adults and two small children. Overall, we LOVED this apartment, the location and the service we received from both Susanna and the concierge. Our damage deposit was returned promptly on the day of departure and the concierge arranged a cheaper drive back to the airport. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Susanna!"

"Lovely, centrally located apartment. Enjoyed the terrace, the comfortable well appointed, air conditioned rooms. The staff was attentive and called us during our stay to confirm all was in order! Thank you for making our stay in Rome so memorable"

  • Location, Location, Location!

"My wife and I spent a week in June at this wonderful apartment in Rome. The apartment was clean, very quiet and had great air conditioning. The bathroom is modern, and the small terrace overlooking the courtyard is a great place to have breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. There is even a washing machine, so you can pack lighter. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, dishes, glasses and utensils. The location is perfect; walking distance from everything, including the Jewish Ghetto, Pantheon, Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Colosseum. The apartment is located up several flights of stairs, with no elevator, which was not an issue for us. The owner is terrific, and even arranged for us to have transportation from the airport and back again at the end of our trip. We highly recommend this apartment."

  • Heart of Rome

"The Stoll Apartment was a perfect location for my families first visit to Rome. It had plenty of room for me, my wife and our twin 11 year old boys and helped us get a real feel for the city. The owners local agent met us at the door the morning we arrived and showed us everything we needed to know about the place. We were off exploring the city in no time and spent 7 great nights there. The washing machine and dryer were key since 11 year olds tend to get gelato all over themselves. The apartment felt very secure, the wifi worked well, the bathrooms were very modern and outdoor space was fantastic. The vibrant street life right outside the door really helped get you into the vibe of the city. A dozen restaurants and bars were just steps away and great gelato shop was right across the street. We pretty much walked everywhere but when we did take a cab, we simply walked a block to a cab stand. I will definitely stay here on our next visit."

Navona Travel Tips

Enjoying the Pleasures of Rome, Italy From Your Navona Vacation Rentals

Rome is one of those places that you must savor. Navona vacation rentals offer the ideal opportunity to enjoy all that Rome, Italy has to offer. When you find the perfect lodgings in Rome, you can truly enjoy the charm of the city. This area is always lively and finding entertainment is easy.

Where and What to Eat in Rome

One of the things some holidaymakers look forward to on vacation is sampling the area's cuisine. There are many opportunities to try the best of Roman cuisine from Navona vacation rentals. There are many restaurants in and around the Piazza Navona. Two popular ones are Trattoria da Francesco, known for great food and reasonable prices, and Margutta Ristorante, the restaurant of choice for vegetarians. Their cheese ravioli has a reputation of being the best. Persons who like cooking for themselves can try preparing their own dishes unique to Rome from the comfort of their rented Navona accommodation. While Italian cuisine is well known worldwide, each area of Italy has its own specialties with Rome being no different. Some favorites are pasta amatriciana, bruschetta (toasted bread coated with garlic) and Carciofi alla giudea (battered, fried artichokes).

Attractions in Rome

When in Rome, Italy, there are so many attractions it's hard to decide what to see and where to go. Some popular attractions within easy reach of most Navona vacation rentals include Fontana dei Quattro Fiumi (Fountain of the Four Rivers) constructed in the 17th century; Church of Sant'Agnese in Agone; and Museo di Roma (Museum of Rome). When it comes to Rome apartments, tourists will find that Navona vacation rentals offer so much more than hotels. Their individuality cannot be replicated in a hotel. Many Navona accommodations are architectural wonders of the area.
