"We spent two weeks here. The flat is small but well-appointed and very convenient. We walked to almost everything, and when we needed to take the Metro, the Spagna station is just a short walk (8 minutes) away. There's a supermarket and several bancomats nearby. We ate at many neighborhood restaurants and never had a bad meal. We took advantage of some of the extras: airport pickup and drop-off was convenient and well worth it. The welcome basket provided us with lunches for the whole first week. After walking all day, we were grateful not to have to climb stairs to get home! Thanks Sergio, Valentina, and Ncola for a wonderful stay in Roma!"

"Great central location for accessing main sites of Rome - can walk almost anywhere and buses easy too.
Apartment is not fancy but cute and very comfortable for two people. Top floor. There are a lot of people out late in this neighborhood in the summer, an apartment on a piazza could be noisy, noise was never a problem in this apartment.
Rome was HOT when we were there in mid August. The apartment has an air conditioner which made it comfortable.
Mariastella met us at the apartment, showed us everything, gave us advice about Rome - she was super helpful and friendly. Also, our flight from US was delayed, I had to change our arranged meeting time, it was no problem - thank you Mariastella!
Would definitely come back."

"The location could not be more perfect, you are in the middle of the historic centre and walking distance to every major sightseeing place. The view is awesome and the piazza is full of life especially at night yet since the apartment is on the 4th floor, it is fairly quiet at night when sleeping, depending what you are used to at home.
The apartment is clean in a safe neighbourhood. If you have mobility issues, this may not be the place for you as there is a climb to get to the apartment, we simply looked at it as burning calories from all the good food we ate.
I would like to add a word to some comments about the no dryer. This is normal in Europe and it is rare to have a dryer. The apartment is equipped with a rack to dry your clothes. This is the way it is done here as electricity is very expensive.
Antonella is a gracious host, super responsive and helpful. The supplies left in the apartment to get us started was most appreciated. There are 2 market close by as well as a few pharmacies. She gave us a lot of tips on how to get around. The Italians in Rome are most helpful to give you directions when you get lost...and we did that a lot
All in all a great pace to stay."

"Close to everything, but just that small bit off the tourist push in the area. Manager is very busy, but accommodating in every way. Decorated in nuovo IKEA, it was perfect for us for the 9 nights since only the very distant places we wanted to see were not proximate and the terrace was superb. If you plan to meet some Italian friends, do so on a Sunday since this is in the historic district with substantial traffic and parking regulations. Some very good restaurants around, but only the very nice (4 to 5 stars in food and price). Supermarket close-by. Thanks to Giuseppe for making it happen. (This was posted in error to another property, which we never saw.)"
