  • Perfect

"Our family of 4 arrived at the apt.and we were greeted by lovely Karina. Karina gave us the grand tour of this perfect apt.-it was attractive, comfortable, clean, perfectly located. Karina ,then patiently provided us with maps ,directions to markets ,restaurants - everything that we needed. She also kindly gave us her email address and urged us to email her with any requests for assistance or further information. The apt.was perfectly located and most sites were an easy walk. The markets ,restaurants ,bakeries were also in the neighborhood . On my return to Rome, I will definitely stay in this apt.again. Thank you to Fabri for sharing this apt. Thank you also to Karina for being so gracious."

  • A FABULOUS place to stay!

"We spent 4 wonderful nights at Chez Nana and really could not have asked for more. Right from the start, Adriana was most helpful and prompt with her emails and information. We were thrilled to have 2 cars waiting at the airport to transport us to Chez Nana - organised by Adriana. We were 3 families of 10 from Bermuda and this was the perfect start to our Italian holiday. Sandro was there to great us and showed us all that was necessary - such a lovely gentleman! The apartment has so much more than a hotel could offer - and so close to all that we needed. We found it to be very spacious, immaculate, tastefully furnished and just perfect for the 10 of us. There was so much room that everyone had their own space, as well as extra space for those who were up early and wanted a cup of tea or expresso in the kitchen where we wouldn't bother those still asleep. (We were ages 18 - 73.) One of us used the pull out couch in the living room and found it to be very comfortable. Having a washing machine was most useful. Adriana and Sandro provided information about the area which was helpful but everything that you could need is within a short walk. We went out of the building and walked towards the Vatican and had a couple of lovely dinners seated outside, no matter where you choose, you can't go wrong. In the opposite direction on the same side as the apartment, a number of blocks up, there was a grocery store which was helpful with 3 always hungry 18 - 20 year old boys! Everyone in the area is very kind and helpful - especially as we had only very basic Italian! All in all, I would highly recommend Chez Nana. It is in a great location, offers so much more than a cramped hotel, is so roomy and comfortable, with many added extras and Adriana and Sandro could not have been more accommodating! Grazie mille Adriana and Sandro and we hope that we will meet again!"

"We had a magical stay in Rome, falling in love with the city and our spectacular apartment on 4 Monterone. The apartment is situated perfectly and beautifully appointed. Giorgia and Scilla were extremely helpful and always ready when needed. We will be going back, undoubtably. We loved it!"

  • Excellent place with everything you need!

"My family and my sister's family (total of 7 of us) stayed a week in Casa Premuda in July. It was large and roomy for all of us. There are fans and air conditioners in all 3 bedrooms. Wifi, dish washer, and washing machine were helpful. Luciano was great! He helped arrange a driver to and from the airport, and answered any questions we needed about the city. He even left us a few starter snacks, which we appreciated since we arrived late in the evening. Casa Premuda is a short walk to the Vatican and there are a couple of metro stations not too far to take you to the rest of Rome. We walked to those daily. We really enjoyed our time in Rome! Thank you Luciano!"

Prati Travel Tips

Ever Wanted a Mediterranean Vacation? Now You Can Have One, at the Prati Villas in Italy

Many people go their whole lives dreaming of a vacation in the Mediterranean: Eating tomatoes and olives fresh and ripe from the vine, sipping fine Mediterranean wine from ancient Italian vineyards, and catching sun from the Adriatic Sea's particular brand of equatorial sunshine. Well, with Rome vacation rentals, you can make this dream a reality. Instead of paying the price for a hotel, pay the same amount and land yourself in one of the beautiful, spacious, and purely idyllic Prati villas on Italy's eastern coast.

Look Over the Adriatic Sea From Your Holiday Dream-Come-True

The Prati villas and Prati apartments give you the prices of a visitor and the experience of a native. Even if you don't speak the language, you can eat the food and swim in the water. The money you save by renting a vacation home instead of a hotel in your destination can be used to subsidize the cost of expensive transcontinental plane tickets. If you go during the right time of the year, the tickets may be cheaper, and you'll have even more money to splurge as you wind your way through the streets and shops of Prati.

Explore History in Italy on Your Next Vacation

The best thing about vacationing in Italy is that you can experience the new through the filter of the old. You can see the sights and memorials of ancient Rome and see where Western history first started to come into itself when you vacation in historic Prati. Spend a day driving along the Adriatic coast, or wander farther inland and explore the pastures and hills of Italy's picturesque countryside.
