  • Great location, large apartment!

"My husband and I rented Luisa's apartment for 6 weeks and are very happy that we did! My mother also joined us for 2 of those weeks. The apartment is quite large with 2 large bedrooms and is very well located on a quiet street just a few minutes walk into the heart of Trastevere. We actually walked everywhere: the Vatican, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Coloseum, Galleria Borghese, San Giovani in Laterano, Appian Way and so much more. All of the sights are within walking distance of Luisa's apartment. The apartment is on the first floor (one flight of stairs up) and we would walk up to the rooftop to hang our laundry to dry. Nice view of the surrounding area from there too. Luisa met us at the apartment when we arrived to show us around and how everything worked. She was also easily available to us by phone or email during our stay. We would definitely recommend this apartment! Thank you Luisa!"

  • Fantastic

"My husband and I stayed a week in this apartment (late September/early October) and it was truly fantastic. The neighborhood ended up being our favorite in Rome. Great restaurants, walking distance to everything, etc. It was maybe larger than what we needed; we never used the living room, but the terrace was amazing and we spent most of our apartment time out there. A couple of things to be aware of are that there are a lot of stairs going up and the shower is very, very small. These things were not a problem for us because we're used to that type of thing coming from SF, but this may be an issue for others. Also, if you plan on doing laundry, don't wait until your last day because the washing machine only washes a couple of items at a time and each load takes at least an hour (no dryer either). Anyhow, overall the apartment was great: clean, quiet, spacious, great location, amazing terrace, etc. Highly recommended."

  • Nice Roman place for a great price !

"The apartment is simple but comfortable, it had all the basic stuff that you needed. The place was clean and quiet, we enjoyed our time here. The wi-fi was very reliable and kitchen stuff was sufficient. There are good, affordable restaurants in the area, grocery stores, farmers' markets that are open most of the time. We were able to walk to all of the major sites though there are bus stops just few blocks away. Thank you very much Chris (the manager) who gave us a very warmth welcome. We will surely recommend this property to our friends. Arrivederci Roma!"
