  • Great time in Trastevere

"We had a great time in Trastevere. The apartment was in a great location with plenty of nightlife, restaurants and walking distance to the Vatican."

  • Prime location

"It was a pleasant surprise to find out how well this condo is located. Walkable to Navona, Campo di Fiori, St. Angelo Castle, etc. all in less than 5-7min, not mentioning bus stops are only a block or two away to get to all parts of Rome. It is a historic building like most others in the area. Fiora was very responsive and all were in such conditions as described. I highly recommend to ask Fiora for pick up/drop off arrangement from the airport. It was so convenient and time saving. Apartment was roomy and well equipped. It was a bit dark despite all lights on but heard it's normal there. If I had to pick on one minior issue, we had to dust off all table/counter tops before putting down our stuff and linens for the loft bed wasn't clean so couldn't use it. Overall very satisfied with our stay and would surely come back."

  • Apartment with Perfect Location

"Great apartment, right in the center of town, yet in a quiet area. Great shopping just round the corner. We had our two girls, aged 15 and 16 years with us. They lived 'for themselves' in the extra room with private shower and toilet. It was a little cramped, and it's the only bad thing we can mention. But otherwise wonderful stay and not our last trip to Rome"

  • Would come back again

"The location was terrific in terms of where it was in relation to everything else and also being on a small alley off the main street where we could hear the great local street sounds. The apartment was just as pictured, no surprises. Not fancy, but certainly adequate and homey. The information provided by Italy Perfect helped smooth any of the bumps of international travel. We used the restaurant guide often and mainly enjoyed Osteria Da Pietro which was one street away. We also used Stefano's car service that was recommended and that was unbelievably convenient. Our cell phone did not work right away so we couldn't contact them at the airport, but the driver waited for us and had called the greeter to let them know that we were running late."

San Giovanni (St. John Lateran) Travel Tips

San Giovanni Villas Put Rome's Treasures At Your Fingertips

Rome is full of history, but also has very modern and trendy facets. It is definitely one of the must-see cities in the world and when you are there you will want to take in as many aspects as you can to get the full experience. San Giovanni villas are a great spot to settle in and start soaking up the local culture. With so many historical wonders like the Colosseum and Spanish Steps just a short walk or subway trip away and more contemporary, funky spots in the area, San Giovanni apartments give you the opportunity to take it all in.

A Shopaholic's Dream Come True

The sightseeing is fantastic, but if you also need to fulfill your shopping desires then you are in the right place, especially if you are hoping to find something one of a kind. San Giovanni apartments put you in the ideal place for investigating the local clothing market. The San Giovanni Clothing Market is a treasure seeker's delight. Rather than hitting up the much pricier boutiques, you can pick up stylish Italian fashions for a steal and have the thrill of the chase while doing it. Of course, if the specialty stores are more your style then you are in the perfect area for that too.

Homey, Yet Exciting

As hard as it may be to take a break from all of the excitement, the non-stop sightseeing and shopping can wear you out after a while and there is no better place to settle in than in one of the spectacular San Giovanni villas. Each property offers its own unique features, but all give you the opportunity to relax in a comforting setting. Unlike staying in a hotel, Rome vacation rentals allow you the conveniences of home, but with the exhilaration of being somewhere exceptional.
