Spacious apartment, fantastic location
"We spent 4 nights here last month and it was a perfect base from which to explore the city. Just minutes from the subway and bus routes, St Peters Square is a leisurely 10 mins walk. The apartment is really spacious, 2 very large bedrooms and one smaller room. There is an excellent market just 2 mins walk away and a supermarket a little further. Plenty of restaurants and ice cream parlours within easy reach, we recommend Lemongrass for fantastic ice-cream :-) Annamaria was a perfect host, and we would happily come back and stay here again."

"The best things about this apartment are the location and the owner. We stayed here our last 2 days in Italy. The owner was extremely helpful (even booking us a taxi to the airport for our early morning departure). We stayed with our two daughters and there was plenty of room. The location is fantastic. Within walking distance of everything and very quiet at night. There is no AC which wasn't a huge problem, but might be difficult in August or late July when it's hotter. The two fans provided worked great for us while we were there. There are also no screens on the windows, so we slept with the doors closed at night to avoid mosquitos (we were comfortable sleeping with the fans on). The apartment is very dark during the day (all the windows open into an airshaft and the apartment is on the 1st floor--so one level above street level--so there is little natural light), but if you are out an about sight seeing that won't be a problem. The wi-fi was fantastic if that is important. There is an elevator and only about 3-4 steps you would have to climb from there to the apartment. The roof garden is also lovely and a great place to spend time and look out over the city. It really is a nice and affordable place to stay for 4-5 people in Rome."
