  • Unforgettable experience!

"Me and my family had an amazing experience in this house. It was our first time in Rome, and we enjoyed it very much. The house is located in a relatively distant region of Rome, but it is really easy to get on the city center. It is a very quiet place, with beautiful nature around. I especially recommend it for people who enjoy a peaceful stay in big cities."

  • Warm and wonderful!

"We were so fortunate to find Italy Perfect. We stayed in the Romulus, and the lovely apartment served our needs perfectly. Our family, with two boys in their twenties, found the accommodations to be excellent, truly lovely and conducive to family conversations, afternoon naps, and wine with our Italian friends. The kitchen was perfect for making espresso and for keeping cheese, olives, bread, and wine at the ready, as for making eggs or pasta. The beds, showers, bathrooms, and water pressure were all comfortable. Daniella, our greeter, who answered myriad questions for us in person, text and email. Daniella was thorough as she described the necessities of the apartment, and made sure we were comfortable. She helped me to figure out the various appliances, and was patient with each question. Daniella made us feel welcome, and this made a difference to me, the only person in our family who had not been to Italy. She was definitely an anchor when we needed one. The location was superb! Even our Italian friends thought we had the best location possible for a visit. And after spending time there, we agreed. Shops ,cafes and restaurants were right there. Almost everything we needed was within walking distance, and when we needed a taxi, the cab stand was right there. The nearby grocery store was perfect for our needs. It's just good to know that you need to pay cash. And the article about the best gelato in Rome that was on the desk was great to know about. since we were almost across the street from one on the list! We would highly recommend Italy Perfect to our family and friends, and believe ourselves to be in the best of hands. We all had a truly wonderful trip and look forward to returning."

  • Great home in Rome!

"Our family of 4 stayed in Giuseppe's apartment for a week this winter and it completely lived up to the hype in all of the previous reviews. We had a great night tour with Giuseppe that helped us get oriented to Rome (and got us to some beautiful city overlooks we would never have found otherwise). I was thinking on our second day that the only thing missing was extra towels for the hot tub - and literally as I was thinking this Giuseppe showed up with extra towels. Its an easy walk (~10 minutes) from the apartment downhill into the fun little neighborhood just north of the Ponte Milvio over the Tiber and easier still to catch a bus at the stop just a few blocks from the apartment. The kitchen was well appointed and the espresso maker was a very nice touch. The hot tub was a great way to end long days of walking all over Rome. You are definitely not in the thick of Rome's tourist hub if you stay here (its a good 15-30 minute public transport commute into town), but for us the tradeoff in having such a great place to stay and such a nice, locals neighborhood to come home to was totally worth it. Thanks Giuseppe!"

  • Spacious apartment in excellent location!

"We are a family of 6 (4 teenagers) and this was our first trip to Rome. The location of this apartment was absolutely perfect: right in the middle of the all the action and close to conveniences and major attractions. There were so many terrific shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and of course, Campo de Fiore, right around the corner; Trastevere was 5 minutes away; the bancomats and Taxi a few blocks away (Largo Argentina). We walked to all of the major sites (Coliseum, Pantheon, Jewish Ghetto, Spanish Steps and the Vatican). We spent 9 nights in the apartment which had a lot of character, was very comfortable, and most importantly, VERY, VERY CLEAN. The nighttime was loud well into the wee hours of the morning, but we didn't care. If you are a light sleeper and hate being disturbed, this is not the place for you. However, if you want to be where the action is, Librari flat is perfect. The shower was best in the master bath and the bathtub was relaxing as well. We cooked a few breakfasts, but honestly the food is so amazing and reasonable in Rome, I lost my desire to cook. The WiFi was a bit slow when our 6 devices were all vying for bandwidth to upload our amazing adventures on Facebook. But, in reality- if you need to check email, get directions or make reservations it was totally sufficient. Nicola, the manager was available for any little questions we had throughout our stay. We added the option to get transportation to and from the airport - the driver was prompt and professional. On our next trip to Rome we will definitely stay at Librari Flat again."
