Great location, wonderful owner
"My wife and I can't say how much we enjoyed our stay at Barbara's apartment. The location is perfect, within walking distance of all the sites. The Campo de Fiori is a wonderful piazza, full of life, great restaurants and shops and only steps away. Yet at night inside the apartment it is perfectly quiet The apartment has everything you need and Barbara is such a wonderful person and gracious host. You won't go wrong if you stay here. "My husband and I rented Luisa's apartment for 6 weeks and are very happy that we did! My mother also joined us for 2 of those weeks. The apartment is quite large with 2 large bedrooms and is very well located on a quiet street just a few minutes walk into the heart of Trastevere. We actually walked everywhere: the Vatican, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Coloseum, Galleria Borghese, San Giovani in Laterano, Appian Way and so much more. All of the sights are within walking distance of Luisa's apartment.
The apartment is on the first floor (one flight of stairs up) and we would walk up to the rooftop to hang our laundry to dry. Nice view of the surrounding area from there too.
Luisa met us at the apartment when we arrived to show us around and how everything worked. She was also easily available to us by phone or email during our stay.
We would definitely recommend this apartment!
Thank you Luisa!"

"My husband and I stayed at this apartment on May 15 for 3 nights and the studio apartment was so much more then we expected! Rome was the last city we stayed in while traveling throughout Italy to celelbrate our 20 year anniversary and this one was Awesome!! Everything was clean, spacious, modern with some antiques, the air conditioner worked great (which you need when it gets hot in Rome), the windows with shutters kept most of the street noise out, the use of a washer/dryer was perfect, and the location was incredible!! When you're staying in the apartment you forget that you're in a building built in the 16th century so Awesome!! When we arrived our host Paola was so helpful in teaching us the best ways to see Rome, the best restaurants, she was there to help out in any way that we needed including finding a company to take us to the airport for our flight home. The location was just amazing we could look out our window and see the Colosseum, all popular sights were within walking distances, and there were so many different restaurants and cafes to choose from to eat the most amazing Italian food. Staying at this apartment makes you feel like a real local and I would totally recommend anyone who is coming to Rome stay here because it is so much bigger and better then any tiny European hotel rooms. My husband and I loved it and can't wait to go back again!!!"

"Great location and the house manager Nicola was very helpful, she brought us bunch of tourist guides as well. Food store nearby was covenient.
Needed to keep windows closed at night to block street noise."
