  • Great Apartment! Exactly what we were looking for

"We stayed in the 2 apartments for 6 nights in 8 people and we loved it! The location is great- walking distance to the tram that in 10 minutes took us to Piazza del Popolo. From there we could choose to tour around the historical center that starts from there or take the tube to the Colosseum and the Spanish Steps. The apartments are spacious for 8 people. We had everything we needed and were even able to make a few meals in the kitchen! … just a few because right on the square there are so many good pubs and restaurants that we preferred to enjoy Ponte Milvio life. The washer/dryer was very convenient and easy to use. Sonia was so helpful from the beginning of the booking process all the way through the end of our trip. Her help in arranging transportation to and from the airport was so helpful ! We definitely recommend it for large families and group of friends !"

  • Great space and hospitality!

"We arrived and were instantly impressed with Betta's wonderful hospitality! She met us downstairs with fresh flowers and a big smile. The unit was compact and perfect for exploring he city with it's fantastic location! We highly recommend staying here to maximize your time as most sites are within easy walking distance. Betta was wonderful and we look forward to staying there again on our next visit to Rome!"

  • Location can't be beat; owner has too many properties and is too busy....

"This is a relatively nice apartment in a fantastic location. It is near wonderful plazas with great restaurants where you get to hang out, and eat, like locals. Living in this neighborhood for a week is getting to experience life in Rome in a way you don't with a big hotel. It is also well situated to to tourist attractions. I give this the highest ratings on location. The apartment itself is good, but not great. I don't think it was "fabulous" as some of these reviews suggest. The owner and staff are very nice people who work hard. But renters should know that even though they work hard, they seem to have too many properties to provide the highest level of service. Many things didn't work when we arrived. The washing machine didn't work, the electricity kept going out when we used the air conditioning with other appliances (and you have to find and flip the switch in the dark), and the shower drain was clogged up and didn't drain. Also, the shower head was clogged so water came out in a trickle. The owner DID make efforts to fix things when we complained. The washing machine (which we had counted on to wash clothes when we arrived) was fixed by the 3rd day, and on the 3rd day he also paid for some of our clothes to be cleaned because I kept complaining that we had arrived in Rome with all dirty clothes and had been counting on using the washing machine to wash all our clothes. It was not pleasant to wear dirty clothes for 3 days. He also had the shower drain cleaned on the 3rd day. The shower head was never fixed. I had asked him about parking before arriving, and he said there was none. So I arranged and paid for a private garage nearby to keep our car. But when we arrived he said there was free parking in the nearby plaza by the french embassy. Why didn't he tell me this before we arrived and I went through all the trouble to find a parking garage, reserve a spot and pay in advance? When we left, we accidentally left a blanket in the apartment....it was an important blanket that we got for our wedding that had been with us all around the world on every trip we have taken together. We could not get them to send it to us, even though we offered to pay them for shipping, etc. I realize they are not required to do this. It was our fault for leaving the blanket. I just give this as an example that they are very busy and don't provide the greatest level of service if a problem arises."
