"I recommend this house near the beach air conditioned and wi fi. Fregene is a quiet place to relax and in only 30 minutes you are in Rome. Everything worked perfect, booking, payment, transport to and from airport. The apartment is perfect for 2-4 people. We really enjoyed to have a garden to sit outside in the warm evenings and enjoy a glass of italian wine. I’ll surely return here!"Guest: Giampi Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: June 4, 2014View listing
"We loved our stay at this apartment. Is far enough from the city to enjoy a private, quiet time, but just a 30 min train ride to city. The view of the ocean from the balcony-terrace is stunning and offers really beautiful sunsets. We were there at the end of October, and there was still some warmth in the air, enough for us to be able to set up a dining table in the terrace. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the living areas spacious enough to sit, visit and relax. The place in in good proximity to local restaurants and cafés, convenience stores and supermarkets, and a wonderful farmer's market that is opened every day. There is fantastic gelateria just blocks away from the place. I would definitely book it again."Guest: Luis Date of Stay: September 2013 Review Submitted: April 21, 2014View listing
"We are a familiy with two children and we have spent a beautiful holiday in this apartment located in the historic center of Rome. It is very close to the Vatican (St. Peter’s Square is just across the street). This is the first time that we find an apartment better than advertisement pictures: it is very clean and well furnished. The apartment is in a quiet and convenient location: we had absolutely no problem for visit Rome, because a lots of historical sights are within easy walking distance, the bus stop is just outside the building and the subway is a short walk from the apartment. The owner Emidio is very kindly: he provided us with all the informations about sightseeing and arranged transportation for us to the airport. I would recommend this accommodation wholeheartedly."Guest: Sarah Date of Stay: May 2012 Review Submitted: August 2, 2012View listing
"We had a wonderful stay here. We were personally greeted and were given maps with the closest grocery store and restaurants which was very helpful. Very close to the bus stop which can take you to the tram station. The location was perfect and was very quiet and peaceful as it is just outside town. I got emails/text msgs before, during, and after our stay to ensure all of our needs were met. They were very friendly and helpful with everything. I would highly recommend staying here."Guest: Autumn W. Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 19, 2014View listing
