  • GREAT STAY, GREAT OWNER

"My son and I went to Rome at Thanksgiving and stayed at this wonderful apartment. Marble entry and stairway to our 2 br apartment. Outside my bedroom, on the balconey, was the great view of St. Peter's Dome. This location is at the wall of Vatican City so you are minutes from St. Peter's Square. Very affordable and has all the amenties you need. Excellent resturants within 1/2 to 1 mile. The owner is very trustworthy as he send me back over $1100 US that I had left in the apartment when we returned back to the States. We would highly recommend this apartment. Thanks!!!"

  • Close to the vatican

"We arrived by train and Corrado had a driver waiting for us. We hoped into his minivan and off we went. It was hot and we appreciated the AC and the driver who was very friendly and helpful. We pulled up to the apartment building and we greeted by a lady and Corado`s mother who has the until next door on the top floor. The elevator fits 1 person and 1 bag but got us to our home for the next 4 days. The apartment was small but all we needed. Two showers and 2 bedrooms with a wrap around balcony and the most beautiful view of St Peter`s Basilica. Wow! The unit is 5 minutes from the Vatican. The downside is that the apartment is just outside of walking distance from the sites but after 2 weeks of walking we were quite happy talking cabs around. The apartment cooled off while were out sightseeing and was nice to come home to each night. The kitchen had everything we needed to grab a coffee (not really a tea kind of place) and a snack but would not expect to be cooking as it really is better suited to a bachelor. Didn`t bother us as we were out enjoying the roman cuisine. Trastevere was great for evening festivities and we would recommend the apartment to 2 couples or a family of 4."

  • A Great and Easy Place for Families

"Our family (2 adults and 2 girls under age 11) spent a week at this apartment and it was delightful. The place isn't large -- our two girls slept on the pull-out sofa which was very comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom are a bit small compared to the States -- but it more than met our needs. Two blocks from the Metro, three blocks from the Vatican, and the amazing Trionfale Market with its amazing array of fresh foods, the apartment was perfect for our family. Michela, the owner, met us right on time, and gave us great suggestions for navigating Rome. There is a wash and fold laundry service nearby, as well as several fine restaurants, banks, markets, and gelato shops. We also have a gluten allergy in our family, and the Trionfale Market had a stall with all gluten free foods, which was hugely helpful. Thanks again, Michela!"
