Great place for your stay in Rome
"We had a great time at this place! The place is clean and very charming, and you feel like a local staying here. We didn't get to use the kitchen besides the fridge, with Campo di Fiori right down the street we had no need to cook. The bed was comfortable and we slept really well.
The best about this place is the location, all attractions are within a short walking distance. Simply wonderful!
Sonia arranged our transportation from and to the airport for 50 Euro each way, which is about the same as taxi service, but it's nice to not have to worry about it, so I would highly recommend taking advantage of this.
When we arrived Uncle Franco waited for us at the apartment and walked us through all the amenities, and even gave us a tour of the neighborhood! Really really nice!
I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"At the risk of being so positive other travelers will not take this review seriously, we fell in love with Rome from this perfect spot. The location, a 10 minute stroll to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon, is absolutely in the middle of the best part of Rome.
What wasn't within walking distance (we ate at five different restaurants within 10 minutes walk over 4 days and had countless food shops and two supermarkets within 5 minutes walk) was easily accessible by bus (100 meters to Largo Argentina and 200 meters from Via del Torre Argentina where almost every bus in the city stops for the Vatican, Coliseum, etc, etc).
Chiara and Susanna were wonderful hosts. Susanna met us and showed us around, and was in the building in case of emergencies (which we didn't need, thank goodness!). Chiara is also a tour guide and art historian. Her tour of the Vatican Museum was one of the highlights of our three weeks in Italy. Their restaurant recommendations were also spot on!!
The apartment is light and quiet even though it's in the middle of a busy neighborhood. There's an elevator, so the third floor location is not a problem for bringing in the luggage (stairs not difficult for the rest of our time).
TV, wi-fi, oven, stove, refrigerator, nice shower, two bathrooms, washer that also dries, gave us every comfort we needed to thoroughly enjoy our four days in Rome.
We'll be back to Rome for sure. We only hope this apartment is available and Chiara has an open tour for us to bring the kids and show them all Rome has to offer!!"

"When in Rome, live like a Roman. This apartment gives a city break a touch more authenticity than staying in a faceless hotel. It is an amazing base for exploring all of the major sites. We ate out for breakfast, lunch and dinner so weren't worried about the kitchen facilities, but if you are planning to cook you might find these a little restrictive - and being English, we did miss having a kettle (!)
Yes, it is a little noisy at night over the weekend, but we were made aware of this from a previous review and staying in a property of this age and location outweighs this in folds.
Silvio is lovely and if using his taxi service, you will not be disappointed, very prompt and very polite."
