A terrace with a view
"We stayed for 5 nights in this comfortable apartment near the Colloseum. It is in a very good location to visit the antique and historical centre. All the sites are in walking distance. One of the moest interesting, the Basilica san Clemente, is just around the corner.
The roof terrace is wonderful: well furnished, sun and shade all day, a beautiful view.
The apartment is very nice as well: comfortable beds and couches, a wonderful view from the living room, a well equiped kitchen.
And one of the best features is the neigbourhood: full of restaurants and hosterias. We followed up most of the suggestions from the list in the apartment and were not disappointed."

Wonderful apartment in a perfect historic location
"My Italian-born wife, Giovanna, and I stayed at Francesca's lovely and comfortable apartment for two weeks in late April - early May. The apartment's location is perfect. All we needed was just steps away, including some of the very best pizza and gelato in the city. The well-stocked supermarket - - a labyrinth of staples, cheeses, meats, deli, and fish -- is practically next door, along with many delightful trattorias, wine bars, and regular "bars" (cafes). The apartment is in the back of the historic palazzo and very quiet despite being in the middle of a lively neighborhood. It is an easy walk to many of Rome's most marvelous ancient and not-so-ancient places. The apartment was a sanctuary at the end of long, remarkable days. Francesca and her local folks were an absolute pleasure We will be back !!!"

"What a fantastic apartment! Lovely hostess Silvia, very frienldly and welcoming. She had fridge stocked with basic groceries which is wonderful especially after a long day of traveling. The location was fabulous, walking distance to beautiful ruins and attractions. Marios restaurant down stairs was excellent and the service was very warm and inviting. The Colosseum is literally a 5 minute walk from her apartment. This whole neighborhood was just breathtaking. I highly recommend this apartment and would stay here in a heartbeat if I ever make it back to Rome."

"A beautiful studio apartment that is set up more like a one-bedroom. I stayed here at the beginning of June for one week - the location cannot be beat - 2 minutes walk to Piazza Farnese, 4 minutes to Campo Dei Fiore, 15 minute walk to Piazza Navona, 20 minutes to the Pantheon. The apartment is spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom well-equipped. I did not use the small kitchen or AC, but both were available. The apartment would be difficult for someone who has issues with stairs, as the circular staircase leading into the apartment from the ground floor is narrow and steep. The area was quiet at night - no issues there. I would definitely recommend this apartment for solo travelers and couples - it really is too small for anything more than that."
