  • Excellent choice

"This was my second time in Rome. After carefully reviewing the rental apartments near the area I wanted, we choose this apartment and we hit jackpot. First, Flavia was really nice and helpful. She provided us with all needed information about the apartment, zone, restaurants and general information about Rome that was very useful for us during our trip. The apartment is very comfortable and big for european standards. It has everything you need. It has a lift but you still need to go some 7 stairs to get to the apartment, Flavia make that very clear in the information she send you before you rent the unit. That won't be a problem because are few and small steps, unless you are really movement impaired. The location is great and the windows are sound proof so you won't have any noise problem. Ilaria, the lady that meet us is also very helpful and nice. She was punctual to do our checkin and checkout. I really recommend this apartment to any one. It will make your Rome trip great."

  • Very Nice Stay in this Spacious Apartment

"My husband and I stayed for 5 days in September and were delighted to find everything to be exactly as represented. The apartment is located so conveniently to the Vatican entrance, markets, family style restaurants and fine dining; anything you need. We felt safe, comfortable and quite at home. Others have commented about the street noise from buses, but we did not find it bothersome. It is just part of being in the city and you do not notice it or you can wear ear plugs, but we did not. The public transportation was easy to conveniently use...getting anywhere around town. The owner is prompt, reliable and accommodating. His daughter who lives next door is a delightful person who was helpful with checking in and getting us acclimated."

"My wife and two adult children with their wives stayed here for three days this past August. The place was very clean, convenient as far as location and reasonable as far as price. Highly recommend it. Dan"

  • Wonderful!

"From the airport, I was met by personable, friendly and gracious Tulilio. When I arrived at the apartment, I met Elena who was efficient and warm. The apartment was exactly like the photos and meticulously clean. I was impressed with the space and loved the cooking in the efficient kitchen and sleeping on the fantastic bed after touring the majestic city! Everyday, I either walked to tourist sites or got lost and found gems throughout the city. My ankle boots made best friends with cobble stones and the remarkable bus/metro system. I met friendly people (tourists and locals) at tourist sites, in the department stores, supermarkets and in buses/metro. I signed up for an unforgettable 4-hour food tour which was delish; potato pizza, eggplant parmigiana; suppli; parma prosciutto; juicy bufala mozzarella; 25-year old balsamic vinegar; cacio e pepe and coconut gelato just to name a few of the treats you'll have the chance to eat! Your stomach will love you. Roma is a living museum that will enchant anyone who visits. I loved St. Peter's Basilica; climbed the cupula (a happily exhausting climb ending with spectacular views of the city); took a self-guided tour of the Colleseu and could not get enough of Piazza Navona and Pantheon. I met Silvio on my second day when there was a thunderstorm alert. It was raining most of the day but my plans were flexible and when the rain tampered off, I was off to meet the Roma that I had been dreaming about for years. Silvio was compassionate and supportive and a joy as he cared about my well-being. He responded to emails almost instantly and made me feel secure in the new surroundings. The neighbourhood is lovely, safe, friendly and beautiful and when I return to Roma (which I intend to do), I hope to be able to stay in this outstanding accommodation! I was delighted with the organized chaos of the city but most of all with the soul of the people (Silvio, Tullio and Elena and other Romans that I met along the way). I encouraged everyone to choose Silvio's apartments when visiting Roma. You will have an experience of a lifetime!"
