  • Great Rome Location

"Our stay in Rome at our hosts apartment was excellent. Great view, quiet street and excellent neighborhood. We actually received a call in the states a few days before leaving for Rome indicating that the original apartment booked was having some repairs and we were provided a new apartment closer to all the Rome attractions. We were very pleased with the communication and accommodations."

  • FANTASTIC !!

"We could not have been happier with our stay in this apartment. It is located near everything and easy find. Toni was absolutely wonderful to deal with which made our stay that much better. Having continued assess to him for additional questions and help was another thing that made our stay wonderful. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Rome who wants a stress free stay. The place is clean, safe and easy to find. I hope to stay there again in the future."

  • Wonderful!

"From the airport, I was met by personable, friendly and gracious Tulilio. When I arrived at the apartment, I met Elena who was efficient and warm. The apartment was exactly like the photos and meticulously clean. I was impressed with the space and loved the cooking in the efficient kitchen and sleeping on the fantastic bed after touring the majestic city! Everyday, I either walked to tourist sites or got lost and found gems throughout the city. My ankle boots made best friends with cobble stones and the remarkable bus/metro system. I met friendly people (tourists and locals) at tourist sites, in the department stores, supermarkets and in buses/metro. I signed up for an unforgettable 4-hour food tour which was delish; potato pizza, eggplant parmigiana; suppli; parma prosciutto; juicy bufala mozzarella; 25-year old balsamic vinegar; cacio e pepe and coconut gelato just to name a few of the treats you'll have the chance to eat! Your stomach will love you. Roma is a living museum that will enchant anyone who visits. I loved St. Peter's Basilica; climbed the cupula (a happily exhausting climb ending with spectacular views of the city); took a self-guided tour of the Colleseu and could not get enough of Piazza Navona and Pantheon. I met Silvio on my second day when there was a thunderstorm alert. It was raining most of the day but my plans were flexible and when the rain tampered off, I was off to meet the Roma that I had been dreaming about for years. Silvio was compassionate and supportive and a joy as he cared about my well-being. He responded to emails almost instantly and made me feel secure in the new surroundings. The neighbourhood is lovely, safe, friendly and beautiful and when I return to Roma (which I intend to do), I hope to be able to stay in this outstanding accommodation! I was delighted with the organized chaos of the city but most of all with the soul of the people (Silvio, Tullio and Elena and other Romans that I met along the way). I encouraged everyone to choose Silvio's apartments when visiting Roma. You will have an experience of a lifetime!"

  • Rome - lovely apt. away from the tourist area in quiet neighborhood

"We stayed in Eliana’s clean, comfortable, commodious apartment for 9 nights, and enjoyed it (and her) enormously. It was quiet, and we slept very well with the windows open. It is a ten to fifteen minute walk to the Battistini (end-of-the line) metro stop, which gives you access to anywhere in Rome in a few minutes. It’s a five minute walk to a nice supermarket, with smaller shops and restaurants even closer. Eliana is a lovely hostess, friendly, informed, and extremely helpful about helping with your Rome experience. She arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport, stocked the kitchen and fridge with all essentials and even baked us a cake! She will cook for you at a very reasonable cost, and it will be delicious. Her English is excellent. It was altogether a wonderful experience, and we would stay with her again without a second thought."
