  • Clean, Safe, Great location

"Niccolo was a great host, sent a car for us, was there when we arrived, helped with our luggage and made sure we had a car to the train station and helped with our luggage when we left. Thank you so much! The apartment was wonderful and we made good use of the terrace. The neighborhood was wonderful with many great places to dine. We walked to the hop-on-hop-off locations where we had purchased a pass. Had a great Roman Holiday and really enjoyed our stay at the roof-top studio. Gail and Ray from Florida, US"

  • The Best Place to stay in Roma

"I have had occasion to stay in two of the Arnaldi family properties this year and I am always delighted. This was my second stay in this apartment and it was even better this time as the owner tastefully renovated the bathroom ( plenty of hot water). The neighborhood is an authentic family oriented area. I saw many grandparents pushing baby carriages and of course they were beautifully dressed. The location near the train station, buses and Piazza della Repubblica is incredibly convenient. It is a short walk to all the famous Roman sights and a relief to return to the quiet and safety of the apartment after a day of touring; to a glass of wine on the terrace and it's garden plants. The area is rife with restaurants, trattorias and bars. There are also many artisanal food stores to buy cheese, and wine and ready made takeout Italian style. And the brothers Niccolo and Stefano are very attentive to their clients and know a lot of the history of the area. They are the best owners to deal with. The apartment is beautifully appointed and with the large window and doors to the terrace is full of light. The bed must be new as it is firm and comfortable. Also provided in the adorable kitchen are some spices and herbs and plenty of good pots if you wish to cook.I intend to return again next year and as the Italian language school is a 20 minute walk, to learn this beautiful language. Returning to a hotel lobby with a beautiful elevator to the top floor is a great bonus."

  • Great location, quiet, exactly as shown in photos

"Stayed six nights, excellent alternative to a hotel. Crisp sheets, plenty of towels, elevator access, well stocked kitchen, good wifi, nicely decorated and well maintained, good housekeeping. Lisa personally met us and assisted with suggestions for restaurants and grocery shopping. Top floor location so plenty of natural light. Air conditioning worked well. One downside was lack of TV access to sports channels (we were there during the World Cup). Oh well, it meant several evenings eating out at neighborhood places airing the games. We liked the neighborhood, two blocks from Via Veneto, out of the fray of highly touristed areas, but walkable to most sights. Very close to Villa Borghese."

  • Fantastic terrace apartment

"So glad I chose this place to stay in. Booked the apartment for 3 days in mid July. The pictures do not do the apartment justice, especially the terrace, yes it's long and thin but we spent more time out there than we did anywhere else. The only reason I gave it a 4 star was because there was a futon instead of an actual bed, although its a full double sized futon would still have preferred a bed, other than that the apartment is great, and the other 2 rooms especially the master bedroom that also leads out onto the terrace is huge. The kitchen is very small but to be honest with so much great food and, cafes etc.. you really wont need to use it. There is a huge supermarket nearby, loads of great restaurants and cafe's on the same road and the side roads, the train and bus station is easily reached on foot (10min casual walk) We walked from the apartment onto Via Nationale and onwards onto Piazza Venezia and so on, all these places really aren't that far on foot (and this was in the 29 degree heat) as they may appear on the map. Can't wait to get back to Rome and stay here again. Rome really is amazing."
