"This was our first trip to Rome and stayed in this very wonderful and beautiful apartment. Great location for walking to all the main tourist attractions. There are some of the nicest restaurants we have eaten at within a few minute walk. The apartment has all the needed comforts of home. This is a must stay location if you are traveling to Rome! Also very nice craft beer bar about 1.5 blocks away."

Very Beautiful Apartment, Beautiful Views, very large
"We just returned from our vacation to Italy and the last 4 days we stayed in Rome in this beautiful apartment. We had 6 adults and it was perfect for us. It is so big and airy, wonderful terrace off the first floor where we had breakfast every day and then a breathtaking rooftop terrace complete with lovely outdoor furntiure where we had wine and appetizers in the evening while we looked out at the Coloseo!
The kitchen is great - very well outfitted - we cooked several dinners there and ate at the huge dining room table with full dinnerware and glassware - it has everything you need to cook a full meal.
The grocery stores is a minute away and so are wine shops and lots of gelato shops and delicious restaurants.
The Colloseum and Roman Forum and Palentine Hill are a 2 block walk and are simply amazing. Other sites are easily accessible by bus or taxi.
If you have a larger family or group of adults, you should stay here. The owner is wonderful to work with and is so very helpful. I hope to return very soon!"

"We had a wonderful stay in Ripetta House. The location was great and very convenient to get around town. Luca, the owner, and Emanuele(property manager) were incredibly helpful to make our stay memorable. They arranged us to be picked up from the airport as well as organized a day trip to Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast which was nice.
Overall, my family and I loved the hospitality and the apartment."

"This apartment had all the amenities of home and was very clean. We traveled with our two children, ages 17 and 11 and were very comfortable. There were thoughtful touches such as a converter for cell phone charging and guide books. It was conveniently located about a 5 minute walk to the Metro. There is a grocery store right across the street and the prices were favorable compared to the U.S. There is also a church next door. We took the car service from the airport which was very convenient and were met by Miriam who was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and secure. The neighborhood is fine however, like much of Rome there is a lot of graffiti. There are nice shops and restaurants in the area. We highly recommend the apartment."
