  • A lovely place to live in Rome!

"This apartment is unique in a small street. Between lovely shops and restaurants as wel as churches and musea. What more do you want in Rome!"

  • Great Location, Nice Living Areas

"Location of the property is in a nice area with close walking distance to the Colosseum & Forum. Plenty of restaurants and a Carrefour are a short walk. Bedrooms were decent size and have what you need to be comfortable, but common areas were even more spacious and quite comfortable. Only drawback for us was only having one shower for our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 children), and the street it is located on is a bit busy/noisy. We stayed here for just two nights and then moved to a larger apartment also rented by Paolo (move was planned prior). He was very kind, helpful and even moved our things over to the other apartment. I would recommend the place without reservation, but better for a group of 4 or 5 max."

  • A great time in Rome

"This apartment has the best location I could possibly imagine in Rome. If you stay here, you will be walking distance to all the major attractions and needed services such as restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment had everything we needed for our one month stay. The recent remodel featured updated kitchen and bathroom. The AC worked very well and there was unlimited hot water. The apartment is on the third floor (counting U.S. style) but we used the elevator for our luggage. There is some street noise from the adjacent restaurants, and church bells, but we found it pleasant, not annoying, especially the street musicians. When closed, the modern windows stopped any sounds from entering. Olivia was very helpful and friendly, and even treated us to a Roman dinner at her favorite restaurant. I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends or relatives."
