  • Great hosts, excellent stay!

"My husband and I booked the Argentina Apartment for 5 nights- we couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations and location! Because this was our first stay in Rome, we requested a driver be arranged for pick up at the airport. He was at the airport as promised and dropped us right at the door of the apartment. We were quickly greeted at the door and Susanna showed us around the apartment and gave us a map to help navigate the city. She was also very helpful with our questions. The apartment was very clean and wonderfully located around the corner from convenient Campo Dei Fiori. With one lap around the neighborhood, we were able to locate plenty of shops, food market, and pharmacy. Of course the convenience of Campo restaurants was wonderful as well. The great thing about this neighborhood, it's walking distance to almost all of the key sites and if you're not up for walking, there is public transit available right at the curb. Before you depart the apartment, be sure to try the cafe downstairs and the corner gelato stand! A huge thanks to our helpful hosts for making this a delightful stay in Rome- we would absolutely recommend this apartment."

  • BEST PRATI FLAT

"First of all, The pictures did not do justice to the flat. The apartment was huge for us! Coming from HK, our flat sizes are shoe boxes so being in that flat was a bit overwhelming at first. We chose this flat because we wanted more activities near the vatican. it might not be a short walk but with the nice week we had, walking to and from was not a problem. we were a group of 5, 2 teen agers, 1 senior and us, the couple. we had ample room to do things separately when we just needed to stay at home and relax after a hectic day outside. the flat was well equipped with all the things needed for a short stay holiday. apart from a few wear and tear of the apartment, it was perfect for us. its good to stay in a place where nobody has to queue up for the bathroom/toilet routine. the bakery next door was fabulous! very nice staff even tried to speak english to us. the supermarket on the next street was well stocked with everything you need. will definitely recommend this flat to our friends and family visiting rome. Thank you for the wonderful greeter who gave us all the necessary information of the vicinity and for making sure that we know the rules of the building especially the lift use. thank you italy perfect for making sure our trip was a wonderful hassle free one!"

  • Two Thumbs Up

"Stayed 5 nights in December. Two adults and two teens. Walter and Natalia were the best. Extremely helpful getting us settled and providing ideas to eat and explore. Excellent location, very clean, modern apartment with everything provided. Anything you need/want is within close walking distance (Grocery store, Campo, Taxi, Pharmacy, morning pastries, restaurants, wine bar). The apartment, location, owners all get two thumbs up! I wish I was still there. Thanks Walter and Natalia for all your help (including the Xmas tree)! Tip: Have Walter arrange transportation from the airport. Much easier and less stressful after a long flight"

  • Wonderful Location!

"This was our first time using VRBO and we couldn't have been more pleased. We spent a lot of time researching apartments & this one was the best value considering the location. We rented the apartment for 14 days and it was great to not have to haul all of our luggage during quick side trips to Naples, Florence, and Venice. We had 8 of us--2 adults, 3 kids (10, 8 & 6 yrs old) and 3 grandparents (all+70 yrs). Although there are a lot of stairs, it really was not an issue for any of us. Thankfully, Fiora had arranged our transportation from the airport and she had someone there to help carry our luggage up the stairs. Fiora was wonderful and responding to questions prior to our trip. The location is ideal. We walked to all major sites--In less than a 5-10 minute walk, you can get to Campo de Fiori, grocery stores, and several recommended Rick Steves' restaurants. Within just a few blocks, there is an abundance of restaurants, gelato spots, wine bars, pizza spots, and shops. The taxi stand is less than 2 blocks away (only took taxis to the train station--approx 10 euros). Even late at night, we always felt safe--The nearby streets and Piazzas are filled with both locals, tourists, vendors, & street performers (most cafes had outdoor seating with heat lamps). With help from Google maps, we were easily able get to nearby bus stops when going to sites outside the city walls. A few things to note about the apartment: It is exactly as pictured--It is fairly basic and simple, but the location couldn't be better. We did several loads of laundry--The washer has a "drying" cycle, which helped get our clothes a little dry before hanging on a large drying rack provided. There is minimal storage in most rooms, but the main bedroom has several different cabinets for clothes & suitcases. We brought our own coffee, filters, and cereal for the kids--The rest of the items were easily found at the grocery store or nearby cafes. We typically had breakfast in the apartment and then ate out the rest of the meals. Wi-Fi worked just fine, even when we had multiple devices connected. We had a few very minor issues and questions that came up during out stay; however, Fiora and Nur were great in quickly resolving. Both were reachable our entire stay either via e-mail or through the apartment phone. We would highly recommend the apartment, especially if traveling with a larger family or group. All the stairs just gave us an excuse to eat more gelato."
