  • Location, Location, Location!

"My wife and I spent a week in June at this wonderful apartment in Rome. The apartment was clean, very quiet and had great air conditioning. The bathroom is modern, and the small terrace overlooking the courtyard is a great place to have breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. There is even a washing machine, so you can pack lighter. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, dishes, glasses and utensils. The location is perfect; walking distance from everything, including the Jewish Ghetto, Pantheon, Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Colosseum. The apartment is located up several flights of stairs, with no elevator, which was not an issue for us. The owner is terrific, and even arranged for us to have transportation from the airport and back again at the end of our trip. We highly recommend this apartment."

  • Wonderful!

"We arrived on our 30th wedding anniversary! What a treat! The family and friends were wonderful. The first night we ate dinner up the busy street and around behind the hospital at an interesting corner between San Giovanni and Santi Quattro. The food was tasty, atmosphere was romantic, and a benefit of close to home. The coliseum was very close to home once the path was determined. We cooked dinner a couple of times because we were so tired. The very large grocery store on Via dei Laterani was a block away. It was home for us. If (when) I return, I will only want to stay here. I am recommending to all my friends however all of them want to visit in the Fall next year. The place made our trip to Rome."

  • Very Nice Apartment in Great Location

"We were two married couples visiting Italy together. The apartment was perfect for 2 couples with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a nice living room and dining table to relax and have, drink, snack, breakfast or dinner. The agent Karina was very helpful. When the previous guests did not report broken coffee maker, she bought us a new one immediately. She also promptly installed a new wifi router when the internet did not work properly. The apartment has a small but functional kitchen and very nice wine glasses! The bathrooms are typical European style and worked fine. Plenty of clean towels provided during our stay. The location is incredibly good. You can walk to almost every major tourist attraction in Rome. The restaurant, gelato and café recommendations by Fabri are really good. We tried several of these places and were very pleased. Taxi service to and from the train station only a 10 minute ride. You can also take the bus from train station then a short walk if you don't have large suitcases. The apartment is very quiet and safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops within 100 meters. We would definitely stay again at this apartment. Thanks Karina for your assistance."

  • Italophiles

"Warm, friendly welcome by Marta, who gave us good information regarding apartment, and local amenities. Her recommended restaurant Il Chianti was exceptional! And almost next door! Would certainly recommend for quietness, a real haven away from the crowds just outside the doors. Location was fantastic, so central. Only downside was inability to adjust the temperature of the centrally controlled air-conditioning, which was much too hot for our personal comfort."
