"Bordering the Forum and the Monti district, and just a short 10-minute walk from the Colosseum, Enzo's apartment is in an ideal location. It's as advertised, or better, and my wife and two teenagers loved it and we had a fantastic time. We walked everywhere, even to Travestere and the Vatican, although those are serious walks. However, the Forum borders the building, and it almost seems like the building itself was a part of the Forum. There is a charming elevator, and a quaint breakfast place immediately next door. Enzo is very communicative, and makes everything abundantly clear. I felt it was a fair price. Much better and economical than Rome hotels, if you ask me. I'd stay there again. Two pieces of advice: get a private tour to the Villa Borghese, and get the ravioli at Glass Hosteria (to die for!)."

"G. Radha from Holland. (Fam. of 3 persons)
Friendly people (owner), the place is ultimately well located. The flat is well furnished and according the advertisement text precisely. It is the best option if you are looking for comfort in change for you money.
You have everything around just down the street. Supermarket, every day vegetable and fruit market, restaurants and more. Car is not needed at all as you can make use from public transport just in front of the building. The elevator is very functional and the intercom.
Shortly do it if you are going to stay in Rome!"

The 46 and 2 min walk bus to access the city center, 10 minutes from the Vatican feet, 5 minutes from a supermarket ; all for the past pleasant family holiday."

"My wife, 1-yr old daughter, my mother and I stayed at this property as a part of our two-week stay in Italy, and it was one of the highlights of the trip. Located within a short walk of the highlights of Trastevere, as well as walkable to all the sights across the river, it's actually tucked around a quieter corner. The apartment was obviously recently renovated and well-maintained, also well stocked with cooking utensils and some basics to be able to stay in and cook, enjoying the evening on the beautiful deck. The owner met us upon arrival, giving us a full tour and having already set up the crib for our daughter and arranging for a high chair as well. Obviously committed to service and the enjoyment of our stay, he provided some flexibility when our plans changed a bit, was available for any questions we had, and was ready with a list of local recommendations on shops, restaurants, etc. He even gave us a little walking tour of the neighborhood to get our bearings upon arrival. A great value and service for what we received--it felt less like a rental property and more like we were staying at a friend's apartment for the week. We really enjoyed ourselves and our time in Rome--definitely recommend!"
