Beautiful & charming apartment. We felt like home.
"This is an absolutely lovely apartment. Aside from all the tasteful arts, paintings (by Caterina), details and upgrade throughout the apartment, we truly felt like home. The towels and sheets are color coordinated. You can see the details in everything in the apartment. We are a family of 4 with two sons, 22 and 17 and we all fell in love with the apartment. It far exceeded our expectation. Caterina was very kind. She showed us around the apartment and how to operate the appliance, even had the manuals ready. The washer and dryer room is spacious and I was able to do laundry comfortably. It is within 5 minute walk to Duomo, shopping and restaurants area. Convenient store is right across the street. We loved Florence and Caterina's apartment. If we come back to Florence, we will stay here again!"

"What a view. From the patio we could see for miles Chianti country. This is a central location to Siena, Florence, San Gimingnano and Chianti country.
The home was well furnished and cozy. Groceries can be picked up in Tavernalle, that is no more than a 15 minute drive.
You can go to Florence in less than 30 minutes parking south of Florence.
The owner, Francesco was very informative providing several places to eat. We had the best pizza in Tavarnelle. A friend of Francesco owns the pizzeria. Real friendly workers who know English. This is not a tourist place. Lots of local families, but quiet. Try the kiwi pizza. Real different, has a sweet and salty thing that does work. No Hawaiian style pizza there.
The owners also have another place on the property with an enclosed sitting area too. We were provided a charcoal barb and bought steaks and had our wine we picked up at one of our wine tours for a closing, and on to Venice.
We miss it already, but we will be back. We are thinking about a family reunion and rent both places."

"I would highly recommend this place. Top notch quality in terms of design, cleanliness, amenities such as bathroom linens and food and wine upon arrival. Paulo was very welcoming and was there at the door when we arrived. Location is on a quiet street 5 mins from the central market square and easily walkable to all the sights. Top notch and I would recommend to my friends and anyone going to Florence. Also has air conditioning which is key during the hot summer!"
