Perfect time in Florence
"Great stay and easy access to everything Florence. Can't beat it."

"We stayed at Luca's apartment for 2 nights. We really enjoyed it. The apartment is very nice and clean. Luca was nice enough to meet us upon arrival and show us the apartment including how to use everything. It was nice to be across the street from the Duomo, open the windows and hear the bustle from the street, you really feel like you're in the center of the city. The only thing to note is on the top floor of the building - so be prepared to climb stairs! (it was fine). I would definitely recommend this apartment."

"We traveled as a family of three (parents and teenager) to both Rome and Florence. Upon arrival we were met by the owners who introduced us to the apartment and offered to assist us in printing out tickets for the museums.
The apartment is exactly as you see in the pictures, accommodations were perfect for us. It is in the center of Florence and literally five minutes from everywhere. The apartment is very clean and has everything you could need, although it would have been great to have laundry detergent available, rather than needing to buy from the grocery store. We fell in love with the view from the terrace and opted to eat there every evening utilizing the grocery store to prepare simple pasta and cheese dishes and then venturing out for gelato and dessert. The kitchen is small but very functional. Our absolute favorite memories are of the terrace in the evening, enjoying the view, listening to the street noise/music and enjoying (several) bottles of wine."

"This apartment was exactly as described; very spacious, clean and modern. The beds were a bit firm for my taste, but overall very comfortable. Both bathrooms were well updated and adequate, and the living area was spacious and well equipped. There are a LOT of stairs to get to the apartment, but we were well warned and the owner was very upfront about this, and the view is absolutely worth it. The private rooftop balcony was the highlight of the apartment, with a lovely sitting area, table and chairs. The door to get to the balcony is a bit small, and you have to be a little bit crafty to get out there, but we spent a ton of time on the balcony just taking in the wonderful view and soaking up the sun! The only downfalls I can see to this apartment are the stairs (already mentioned), and also the church bells that ring early and often. There are two sets of bells within earshot, and they both rang loudly and for a long time quite early in the morning. Otherwise, we had an absolutely lovely stay here, and would recommend it to anyone that is physically able to get up there! The owner was responsive to our needs and very helpful throughout the process."
