"The Olivia apartment is a lovely space. And the neighborhood was perfect for us. It was quiet but also quite close to all the "action". We enjoyed cooking a few times in the well equipt kitchen.
I really loved the feel of this space. However when other reviews mentioned the stairs I didn't quite pay enough attention. My traveling companion and I are both young and fit and the four flights of very steep and narrow stairs proved to be quite a challenge, because of the stairs we really thought about it when we went out, to be fair I should mention we both had caught a respiratory transatlantic bug on the airplane which made the stairs extra hard for us. If you are the type who likes to pop in and out of the apartment several times during the day you should know what you're getting into. If not for those stairs I would rent this lovely apartment again in a heartbeat."

"The Quercia apartment was everything we had hoped for. The location was good, as we walked to most attractions. The interior is so well appointed, comfortable and everything we needed was there. Veronica, our greeter was fantastic! She spent time with us to show us the entire apartment and made suggestions for great restaurants, especially Casalinga and 4 Leoni. She suggested we go hear the Gregorian Monks at the Chiesa di San Miniato al Monte chant in the evening (something I did not read about in most tour books) which was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Italy Perfect - they were fabulous. Thanks Pat!"

"When evaluating accommodations, the most helpful reviews often deal with the prosaic, important information that reveals crucial details regarding physical comfort. I firmly agree with the previous reviews about the great condition of the apartment and of its stellar location. In addition, the greeter, Emanuele, was kind, patient, and professional. All of the tangible pieces are there, such as cleanliness, elegance, and security,
It is evident that many who stay at Amore seek the right words to describe the intangibles that encompass the visual and emotional impact of this apartment. If you come to Florence you come for the beauty of it. At Amore, Florence is laid out before you like a feast. The apartment provides a 360 degree view of the mountains, the valley, and the river. In life, especially in Italy, there are those times when you feel intensely how fortunate you are. I am sure that my friend and I are not the only ones to feel that way while at Amore.
This apartment has terraces that face the Dome across the river. Throughout the day, from your bird's eye view you can glimpse the movement of the bells in spires across the city. You are literally on top of the world. Many thanks to the apartment owners and to Italy Perfect for such an unforgettable experience."

"My husband and I just spent 8 lovely days at the Casa Rosa apartment. It is so nice and comfortable, but the best part is the beautiful view over the hills above Florence from the apartment terrace and the sweeping view of central Florence from the grounds of the adjoining hotel. The apartment is in the quiet hills above the center, but is still very close. It is probably best to have a car, although it's easy to take a taxi down the hill. The owners are so nice and welcoming, providing everything we needed. We had use of the hotel pool and other amenities. (The hotel is a gorgeous 16th century villa). The tiled apartment terrace runs along the entire length of the dining/living room. We enjoyed sitting out there for meals and cocktail hour. The evening light on the scattered villas across the way is quite magical. We couldn't have found a better place to escape after a day of sightseeing in town amid the crowds of other tourists."
