We will return to Casa Rossa!
"My husand and I stayed with my mother at Casa Rossa for 6 nights in November 2014. The accommodations were perfect for us and both Francesco and his mother were gracious and helpful hosts. The house is exactly as pictured - charming, clean, and comfortable. The views of the Chianti hills from the terrace are splendid indeed! The location is perfect for exploring this region of Tuscany. We made easy drives to Florence, Siena and Pisa, and Francesco recommended off-the-beaten path destinations in Chianti that we thoroughly enjoyed. The local hill town of San Casciano is charming and has excellent restaurants. Our favorite was La Cantinetta del Nonno, recommended by our host. We enjoyed it so much we returned for another meal the next day. One nearby site that we found fascinating is the Amercian World War II cemetery near Florence (only 20 minutes or so from the house). We have already recommended Casa Rossa and Italy Perfect to friends. We were very please with the information we received in advance from Italy Perfect and every detail was attended to. Overall we would give this property an outstanding rating."

"Our family of 13 had a great stay at the villa. It was perfect for a large family gathering with plenty of space for all. We all enjoyed the beautiful pool and grounds. We had the cook prepare our meal the first night and it was so good that we had her back again on our last night. The local restaurants were also very good and easy to get to by car or walking. The location was great for seeing sights all over Tuscany and part of our group even drove to Venice for the day. Having the train nearby to get to Florence also made that trip very easy. All in all it turned out to be more than we expected and a great vacation spot for the whole family.
The only downside was getting enough hot water for showers at times."

A delightful and comfortable appartment. A very hospitable and nice host.
"The appartment is well equipped, has a tiny but efficient kitchen and is situated close by all sort of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and one of the main attractions in Florence: the Ponte Vecchio. We stayed 6 days in Beatrice´s appartment, including the New Year´s Day, and had a wonderful experience welcoming 2015 together with a host of "Fiorentinos" and other people on the bridge. I would only suggest the owner to renovate the toilette shower but this is a matter of taste and how much you like the water flushing over you.. In short, an ideal appartment for those seeking an invaluable location, an excellent host and facilities at the heart of one of the cultural capitals of the renancentist world."

"We stayed here with my brother-in-law and family: 7 of us total. We were very comfortable in the large space and beautiful apartment. Finally – some room and privacy! The location is perfect. It’s out of the touristy area, but close enough to walk to the main attractions. Communication was great with Veronica and Francesca. We loved the recommended restaurants and sightseeing tips. The café and gelato shop on the pedestrian-only shop were a special and unexpected treat, as were the artisans and their shops. They were all a joy to visit and talk to! The apartment was very well equipped, and we enjoyed also the little touches such as the umbrellas left for us to borrow, guidebooks, and window screens. We loved it here and can’t wait to return!"
