  • Ideal Location

"The Memoria apartment was located in an ideal location looking down on the Ponte Vecchio with a view up and down the Arno. The apartment was larger than we expected with every amenity we would want. We especially liked the balcony, dining room, living room and kitchen. The "greeter" was most helpful and made a special trip to meet us even though our plane was delayed because we had to land in Bologna. We would happily rent Memoria again. We were impressed with all your information about Florence, etc. We were especially impressed by Stefano Giusti car service who sent us a very nice driver to take us to San Gimignano (can't remember his name). Your company seemed more professional and streamlined to deal with than other services we looked into (one all-inclusive charge). Yes we would, and have, recommended Italy Perfect to friends."

  • Perfection!!!!!

"This wonderful, clean, quaint, well equipped apartment was everything we had hoped and more. Just as you see in the pictures. It is perfectly located just steps away from the Uffizi and in the midst of a lovely area. Five minutes from the Ponte Vechio and even less to shopping, gelato, deli, excellent restaurants and so much more. The owner was a delight and very helpful and accommodating before, during and after our 3 week stay. By the time we arrived we already felt like friend. She even took us on a walk through the neighborhood after we checked in which was very helpful. As far as comfort goes, this apartment is the best. Wonderful bed! Closet and drawer space for our belongings, comfortable chair up in the bedroom and lovely sitting area and dining room next to the well appointed kitchen downstairs. Sweet little entryway with a place for coats and umbrellas. The front door is about 3 steps from the lift. Our favorite restaurant in all of Florence is just downstairs and around the corner, Trattoria Antico Fattore, where the food and service are wonderful and the owner and his son knew us by name after only one visit. It quickly became a place where we knew good food awaited and friendly folks would greet us warmly. they always made us feel special. Our stay in Florence was so enjoyable and having a conveniently located, comfortable, worry free place to stay really made all the difference. We heartily recommend it!"

  • Wonderful location, and great value for money!

"This place is ideally situated for me. I am a solo traveler and felt very safe and comfortable in this area at all hours of the day and night. The place is literally at the foot of the Ponte Vecchio. And just to the left of the apt is the Uffizi Museum. Walking a few minutes past the Ponte Vecchio is a grocery store. There is great open air market just past the Palazzo Vecchio, which sells souvenirs and leather goods at a reasonable price. The apt itself has just about everything you need for a comfortable stay. Even a washer/dryer machine. I stayed only 5 nights here, but could have easily spent more time in the area. The owner was very helpful and furnished a information binder that was very comprehensive. Being on the 5th floor, the noise from the street was never an issue. This apt felt like living like a local. I would definately stay here again!!"

  • Large, Clean, Great Location

"We stayed here for 9 days while visiting Florence in April 2014. The unit is on a quiet side street close to everything. Located in a historic palazzo, we felt as if we went back in a time a bit while staying here. The entry is grand and fun to return home to after a long day. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us and we had local friends over for dinner or wine a couple of times. The Wifi worked great and allowed us to use internet phone while there (Verizon CDMA phones don't work in Europe). The kitchen was minimal and the only weak point of the unit, but sufficient for our needs. Having a clothes washer and a dishwasher was a huge plus, even if we did miss not having a clothes dryer. There were several great restaurants near by including our favorite, Fuori Porta, just outside the old city gate. Also gelato shops and mini groceries a plenty are right near by. Ponte Vecchio was a quick 10 minute stroll from the unit and seeing the crowds there, we were always happy to be staying a few minutes away. Don't miss the rose garden just beyond the old city gate. We would definitely stay here again. Lorenzo was easy to contact before, during, and after our stay."
