"Just arrived home from our trip to Italy and was so pleased with this apartment. The view and the location are tremendous. To open the windows and look out on the Duomo in the mornings and the evenings and listen to the musicians in the street was wonderful. And being so centrally located we could come and go during the day as needed. Lastly having the lift to the 4th floor was great for those tired legs from all the walking. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very beautiful and exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed and far exceeded expectations. Lorenzo was so accommodating and easy to work with through the process and very responsive to any questions or help before and during the trip. Highly recommend this apartment. It made our trip to Florence so special."

"My husband and I just spent 8 lovely days at the Casa Rosa apartment. It is so nice and comfortable, but the best part is the beautiful view over the hills above Florence from the apartment terrace and the sweeping view of central Florence from the grounds of the adjoining hotel. The apartment is in the quiet hills above the center, but is still very close. It is probably best to have a car, although it's easy to take a taxi down the hill. The owners are so nice and welcoming, providing everything we needed. We had use of the hotel pool and other amenities. (The hotel is a gorgeous 16th century villa). The tiled apartment terrace runs along the entire length of the dining/living room. We enjoyed sitting out there for meals and cocktail hour. The evening light on the scattered villas across the way is quite magical. We couldn't have found a better place to escape after a day of sightseeing in town amid the crowds of other tourists."

"Our month long stay in September at Le Valle Villa guest house was fantastic. The house had all amenities anyone needs while exploring Tuscany. This was the perfect location, it allowed us to visit all four corners of the Chianti region.
The guest house is next to Le Valle Castle in a gated estate property with beautiful views, pool, and a natural barbecue area. BBQ setting was great for evening dinner alfresco under the Tuscany sun. The house is ideally decorated with French antique furnishings and equipped with all the little things that make the place so comforting. The property overlooks the hillside of olives and vineyards and neighbouring castles.
During our stay we explored the area around Le Valle. There are several hiking trails crossing vineyards, waterfalls, and authentic ancient roman roads. There are many wineries close by offering tours and evening dinners (strongly recommend a dinner tour).
The owners were fantastic, warm, welcoming, very knowledgeable and always helpful. They provided advise on things to do, recommended restaurants and suggested tours in the area for us to take.
We would return to Le Valle Villa without question and have been recommending the place to family and friends. The listing description is exactly as written, it's the place to stay under the Tuscany sun!"
