"Our family of four, including two teenagers, recently spent seven nights in Pinti 2. Arriving by train from Venice where we had spent six nights in a small room with broken air conditioning, I literally watched everyone relax as we entered this apartment. It was spacious, beautiful, and cool! We were met by Claudia's assistant, Ketty, who graciously welcomed us. We were given a thorough tour of the apartment and shown how everything worked.
There was a basket of beautiful fresh nectarines and a can of Claudia's olive oil on the table, milk, juice, and soft drinks in the refrigerator. Such a nice touch! There was also coffee, tea, laundry and dish detergent, spices, sugar...everything we may have needed.
This apartment is in an excellent location. We walked to all the major sights, restaurants and shopping.
We really did not want to leave.
This was our first experience renting an apartment and with VRBO. We are now hooked and can only hope our future experiences can measure up to Pinti 2, Claudia, and her staff. From our first inquiry into the apartment to checking out, everything was seamless and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again when returning to Florence. Thank you, Claudia for an amazing vacation!"

"My wife and I stayed for 8 days in this flat near Santa Croce, which was walking distance to all of the sites but more of a real Florentine neighborhood, away from the tourist hordes. There were lots of good restaurant choices in all price ranges, a lovely neighborhood with pastry shops and espresso bars, wine bars, and a market. The flat is very nice and comfortable. It was very clean and the owner very friendly and helpful. Also a really good value for the money."

"We (mother/daughter trip) spent a week in Florence. The apartment was beautiful, clean and the view was spectacular. This apartment provided an authentic Italian experience. Even the view from the back balcony was wonderful. We met our neighbor below (Gabrielle) who drove us to the center of the city one evening so that we didn't have to walk or take a cab to dinner. We never got to see him again, but Ciao, Gabrielle. We hope you got our thank you note & wine. There are restaurants, cafes, ATMs and small grocery stores nearby for convenience. The neighborhood is very nice and we were in walking distance to museums, gardens, etc. A bit of a walk, but I appreciated walking off the extra calories from the delicious meals I enjoyed. Tomasso met
us at the door and carried up my suitcase. I was able to fit everything into one suitcase, but that made it heavy and Tomasso was very gracious. There are many steps to climb to reach this penthouse apartment. I even enjoyed the steps and considered them an opportunity for more exercise. I would definitely return to this apartment and recommend it to friends! Thank you Tomasso"
