"What a jewel of an apartment in Lucca. My wife and I returned to Italy to visit Tuscany from here but found Lucca and the cozy apartment enough to keep us inside the walls for all but one day of our stay. The apartment is exactly like the pictures. Cozy, clean, upscale bathroom/shower, very nice kitchen, comfortable bed and great music to open your windows to. We are already discussing a return to this apartment for a much longer stay. Mrs. Sonia was very nice and helpful. She has her rental procedures down so there is no question that she is nothing but professional and personable. Lucca is such a quaint town (inside the walls) that we relaxed and enjoyed it very much. Open your windows to hear the music school next door and simply relax!!! Truly a gem, we will return. Thank you Mrs. Sonia!!!"

"We spent 10 days in Lucianio and Rosa's apartment. We loved the location and the apartment was great. Luciano and Rosa were very kind and accommodating landlords.
The apartment was bright, roomy, clean and comfortable. There are three sets of windows opening onto Piazza Amfiteatro. The two separate bedrooms and bathrooms afford private space for two couples and worked well for us. There is ample good and free parking a 10 minute walk away. There are many excellent restaurants, bars and shopping close by. Also don't forget the wall around the old city which is great for walking, running or biking.
We made several day trips to Florence, Cinque Terra, Sienna and San Gimignano as well as a lunch trip up into the hills above Lucca. Pisa would also have been a very easy day trip.
Be aware there are 60 steps to the "third" floor with no other alternative, but we found them manageable. Having said that we would certainly love to rent this apartment again if we return to Lucca."
