  • Perfect

"As their name implies, out stay with Italy Perfect was just that. The Quercia apartment was very well appointed, comfortable and spacious (it was just me and my 75 year old) mother. It is a little far from the historical center which was fine with me but meant a bit more walking. Our greeter was on time, professional and sweet. Would definitely use Italy Perfect again."

  • San Sano Review

"I have known the owner of this property for 35 years, and while he drives me absolutely crazy as a friend, he is a good guy and he really does have a nice property available by VRBO. Four of us recently returned from a trip to Italy and it was agreed that the stay in San Sano was the most enjoyable part of the holiday. This is a village that is very "Italian" and unlike some tourist areas, I found San Sano to be filled with warm and friendly people. A small restaurant located directly across the street is convenient and serves an excellent meal. The apartment is well equipped and has scenic views of both the village and nearby vine covered hills. Upon request, the owner's will provide suggestions on places to eat and activites in the local area. One such recommendation was a restaurant that provided a very good meal and great service, "Ristorante Guidoriccio". It is located in Siena, right off of Piazza Del Campo. The restaurant's owner, "Ercole", is a very kind and entertaining host. I do have plans to return next year and spend more time in and around San Sano. The apartment met all expectations, was accurately described online, and I found it to be a good value. I recommend this as a vacation choice to anyone wanting to celebrate an event (random example.....a 50th birthday) by having a more Italian get away."

  • Large, Clean, Great Location

"We stayed here for 9 days while visiting Florence in April 2014. The unit is on a quiet side street close to everything. Located in a historic palazzo, we felt as if we went back in a time a bit while staying here. The entry is grand and fun to return home to after a long day. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us and we had local friends over for dinner or wine a couple of times. The Wifi worked great and allowed us to use internet phone while there (Verizon CDMA phones don't work in Europe). The kitchen was minimal and the only weak point of the unit, but sufficient for our needs. Having a clothes washer and a dishwasher was a huge plus, even if we did miss not having a clothes dryer. There were several great restaurants near by including our favorite, Fuori Porta, just outside the old city gate. Also gelato shops and mini groceries a plenty are right near by. Ponte Vecchio was a quick 10 minute stroll from the unit and seeing the crowds there, we were always happy to be staying a few minutes away. Don't miss the rose garden just beyond the old city gate. We would definitely stay here again. Lorenzo was easy to contact before, during, and after our stay."
