  • The website can not do justice to the reality of the accommodation and it's setting.

"The farmhouse has been sensitively and lovingly restored to provide comfortable accommodation in the traditional Tuscan style. The surrounding garden area is a tranquil haven with numerous sitting areas tucked away to give a feeling of seclusion. The views from the garden and pool across typical Tuscan landscape to the mountain top village of Montalcino are stunning. The nearby walled town of Buonoconvento was delightful, although small it had restaurants, bars and shops. Our stay was made really special by the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners who were always available and could not do enough to make our stay memorable. We will definitely return!"

  • Fabulous apartment in fantastic location

"Our stay at this apartment was fantastic. Alessandra was always quick to reply to my emails prior to the trip, and met us at the apartment on the day of our arrival. She showed us all of the details of the apartment and surrounding area, having several suggestions, brochures, and a map at our disposal. Just steps away from the Duomo, this apartment was in a fantastic location to walk to many restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The apartment was very clean, with plenty of towels and blankets for our use. The coffee pot was an extra touch that really brightened up our mornings! Overall, a fantastic visit in Florence!"

  • Could not have asked for a better apartment

"I returned to Italy with my husband, three young children, sister and her family and in-laws. I was very particular about where I wanted to stay after spending several months here in college and this apartment was in the perfect location. If you haven't been to Florence, you don't realize that what looks like it is outside the tourist/historic area is still within easy walking distance to everything! The only time we called for a cab was to get to the train station with all of our luggage. There were restaurants, a grocery store, pharmacy, amazing outdoor market and enoteca for decent affordable wine, all within a two minute walk. The apartment was exactly as described, arrival was very easy and everything was spotless. The view from the rooftop terrace is beautiful especially at night ( I wish I could post a picture!). The internet was very convenient and we utilized the Apple TV for when the kids went to bed. Having a place to do laundry half way through our trip was fantastic! Ironically, most of our group was reluctant to spend four nights in Florence instead of Rome and the only regrets when it was time to leave were that we did not spend more time here! We are already planning our return trip! Dealing with a Federiga could not have been easier- she returned emails promptly and provided thorough information. We can't wait to rent again!"
