"Our holiday in Tuscany at IL CASTELLETTO was incredible. The villa is amazing and is stocked with everything. The location and views are fantastic. We had daily visits from two of the locals, Lasa the dog and Carmella the cat. In fact, both of them showed up on the doorstep the day we left. We spent seven wonderful nights at the villa and did day trips around the area, including trips to the grocery store in Sansepolcro. Knowing a little bit of Italian goes a long way and my limited knowledge helped. I would definitely recommend a trip to the medieval village of Anghiari. It was one of our favourite places in Tuscany. Also caught the train to Florence one day (one day is definitely not enough though). Very hot in August, so the pool definitely came in handy. Our two teens spent time in the pool everyday. This villa is an amazing place to spend time while in Tuscany and I look forward to going back someday."

"We have had the fortune to have an extended off-season stay in Florence and chose Paola's apartment for our "home away from home". She was easy to correspond with and welcoming when we arrived.
Florence is such an historic, art-filled city and this apartment is such a comfortable place to stay. The unit is central to all things in the city and has a wonderful panoramic view that includes Fiesole, the Duomo and the roof tops of Florence. There are many small local shops with owners who take pride in their product in the streets nearby.
The apartment is very spacious, clean and well maintained. The large living and dining rooms are filled with light from the two sets of French doors. There is plenty of comfortable seating for reading and socializing. The balcony is large and we enjoyed many breakfasts and lunches here. The kitchen is compact but well furnished and has everything required to cook wonderful meals. The bathroom is large, well separated from the sleeping areas and contains the washing machine. The bed is comfortable and the bedroom is quiet and has plenty of storage space.
If we decide to return to Florence we would definitely choose to stay here again."
