"We had a wonderful stay in Casa di Felicita. We stayed one week in Orvieto and would have loved to stay longer. The city is beautiful and the locals are welcoming and gracious. The town is on a main train stop so travel without a car is very easy. We had come by train from Rome and also went to Florence by rail. We rented a car for additional sightseeing. The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities one could need. Helene was extremely helpful. My only disappointment was that I did not get to meet Helene since she was not in town. That said, she stilled stayed in touch and helped us with all our questions and travel needs. I hope to return but this time I would stay longer. Mille Grazie Helene!"

"One word: Perfection. This Villa is a gem. The setting is wonderful, relaxing, and helps create the perfect vacation. We used the farm house as our home base for easy day trips to Orvieto, Rome, Florence, and Cinque Terre and absolutely loved coming back "home" to it every night. Torre San Severino is a quaint village and Bruno's market has everything for enjoying meals on the lovely patio. We sat by the pool each morning and soaked up the beautiful views. Can't wait to return."

The perfect escape to experience a taste of Italy.
"This friendly family run farm is a real find in the heart of Umbria, half an hour by car from Perugia. The owners have achieved the perfect balance of making you feel that you are completely independent but are also available to give you all the information that you need to enjoy the “real Italy .“ The standard of accommodation is excellent with everything provided and thought about, our apartment had both a dishwasher and a washing machine for our sole use .It was very clean and well presented.
The luxury of having abundant tomatoes and vegetables picked from the farm and the opportunity for the children to pick your own was a great excitement. Delicious olive oil, wine and homemade produce was also available from for a few euros. The cooking activities had attracted us to Casa Rondini on the website and they were not a disappointment, in fact they were one of the highlights that the children are still talking about!
There is plenty to visit in the surrounding areas from traditional Italian hill top villages, the historic towns of Assisi and Orvieto . On return a cool dip was always welcome in the refreshing pool. The children also enjoyed the waterfalls, water sports on Lago Trasimento and visiting the well-known chocolate factory (home of Baci). There is something for everyone."

"The villa was perfect for our needs including every facility necessary for a comfortable stay, the photos don't do the location enough justice as it really is set in the most stunning and breathtaking location - we woke up every morning to the glorious views over lake Trasimeno and thought that life couldn't get any better! The property is clean, maintained and so convenient for both Panicale and Paciano. Above all the lady who manages the property was beyond helpful, a joy to meet and simply able to provide so much valuable help about the local area. I would definitely come back and urge others to explore this amazing region of Umbria."
