"This spacious, very well maintained & equipped villa proved an instant hit with our family - 2 fortysomethings & 3 teenagers. Idyllic views and total peace are combined with easy access to fabulous restaurant options and some of Tuscany's most beautiful towns. The glorious pool & good wifi ensure contentment for all ages! Attention to detail and an emphasis on comfort (the beds!)made us feel genuinely welcome; as did the comprehensive folder of really useful local information. We'll be back!"

"Our stay in this apartment in Spello was really great. The apartment is situated only a block from the main square, where you can find shops, grocery stores, banks and the post office. The apartment is as cute as it looks in the pictures, with a brick vaulted ceiling that was built centuries ago. The bed and the chairs were very comfortable (we slept like babies). The flat screen TV and the Wifi worked great the entire time. Views of the Umbrian countryside from the large patio were as advertised! The bathroom and shower are a bit tight but were perfectly adequate for us, with good water pressure and fixtures. The kitchen is adequately supplied and made us feel like real Italian residents. We can’t say enough about Roberto, the owner of this property. He was totally helpful and congenial in every way. We are so glad we picked Spello for our extended stay. The convenient train station allowed us to reach many hill towns. It is just the right mix of locals and tourists to give the amenities you want (restaurants, shops, sights) while feeling like a local. And, it has that medieval feeling you want from an Umbrian hill town!"
