"We spent 2 delightful weeks with 2 other couples in this great villa outside of Todi. Beautiful countryside, Great kitchen; well-suited for cooking the local fare. We ended up eating most of our dinners at the villa, either taking advantage of the outdoor eating area or the comfortable farmhouse table located just off of the kitchen. Early morning walks to quaint hillside villages; afternoon swims in beautifully tiled pool after a day of intense sightseeing. Great living room; in the evenings we hung out there watching movies and sharing stories about the day's events. The owner provided us with great recommendations regarding what to see, where to eat, and a local chef who prepared dinner for us, in addition to arranging a bike tour, horseback riding and a winery tour and wine-tasting. Took advantage of the fig trees on the property and the pizza oven; turned out several fig and cheese pizzas. We thought we had died and gone to heaven!!"Guest: Sheila Date of Stay: September 2013 Review Submitted: October 8, 2013View listing
"This was a great find. The owners were extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. (a binder was sent to us before we arrived with instructions of how to get to this flat, day trips and even recipes) This flat was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything for preparing your own meal. It was everything we wanted and needed and walking distance to everything in town. Great shops and wonderful restaurants. I love the lasagna and bottle of wine the owners left for us the first night we arrived. Todi is a great little town to stay. Everything we wanted to do and see in Umbria and Tuscany were day trips. It was nice returning to such a warm feeling flat each evening. I would recommend this flat to anyone that enjoys the comforts of home while on a trip. My husband and I hope to return for another visit next year. We have so much more that we want to see."Guest: Sarah Date of Stay: October 2011 Review Submitted: November 6, 2011View listing

"We just returned from 10 days at "Domus Gratia"--a house I can only describe as perfect in every way. The setting is remarkable--atop a high hill overlooking a national park with long views in almost every direction. (Talk about sunsets!) The enclosed property is equally remarkable--beautifully landscaped with trees, perennials, annuals and flowering shrubs, and filled with quiet areas for reading or exploring. And the main house? Four large en suite bedrooms, a huge kitchen (with a stand-out stove), two extremely comfortable living rooms and a huge dining room. (There are also three outside dining areas with tables and chairs.) The bedrooms and common areas couldn't be more inviting or appealing. Add the irresistible swimming pool on the property and the top-rate staff and you have all the makings of a great vacation. We certainly did, and will definitely return!"Guest: J.H.S.
