"Our stay was only 3 days but the Apartment was centrally located in a quiet area of Venice, and very true to the pictures and description. Giorgia was lovely and very personable. She met us at the Bus stop and walked us to the apartment. After a brief tour she explained that she was right across the landing and would gladly answer any questions or provide advice about the area. Since we are pretty stubborn DIY types we never availed ourselves of the opportunity, but were very glad to have her close by in case we needed help. One piece of advice- research the water taxi system (vaporetas) thoroughly before arriving in Venice. They are extremely useful but also very confusing!"

"The apartment was just beautiful, fully equipped and was a perfect way to start our three day stay in Venice. The apartment is located just outside the area of the city that is typically packed with tourists, but close enough that you can get to some major sites within a few minutes. Restaurants, a well-equipped grocery store, and coffee places are all very close to the apartment. If I return to Venice, I will definitely look into staying here again."

"This small studio apartment is perfectly placed for easy access to Piazza San Marco. Nina and Francesco's notes on how to get to the apartment are exemplary. There are only two bridges to cross if you arrive at Rialto and the walk is otherwise easy. Everything you need is in the flat and even coffee was provided for us to make a welcoming drink. Nina was there to greet us and she gave us some restaurant recommendations

Absolutely best place ever to stay in Venice - deserves 10 Stars!
"This was our second visit to Venice (we visited 3 years ago with our teenaged kids, this time we were with another couple). We liked the sound of this apartment based on the description as well as the very positive reviews so booked for almost a week in late May. We didn't regret it at all! This place is gorgeous with a fantastic view and location. About a 5 minute walk from the Rialto Bridge as well as walking distance to the train station, St Mark's Square, the vaporetto station to Murano, etc., yet extremely quiet as it's tucked away in a small court plus the apartment has very thick walls. The apartment was spacious, well equipped (with oven, gas stove, a really cool bubblegum pink Smeg fridge) and elegantly decorated with a lot of funky art pieces (sorry, I really have to disagree with one of the earlier reviews that slammed the decor! really!!). Our mornings were spent having breakfast at the front room, watching the gondolas and vaporetto's go by on the Canal. Also, if you stood on the dock, you'd get a great review of the bridge, the Rialto Market (across the Canal) and the Canal itself. There's a great little restaurant/tavern next door (Taverna al Remer) next door. The restaurant had Happy Hour every day from 5-7pm with free snacks so obviously there were always quite a few people (mostly students) hanging around outside (which made for fantastic people watching plus we even joined them downstairs several times and met some great kid. After 7pm, all the kids left and the tavern became a great restaurant (we loved the food - and ate there 3 of the 6 nights that we were there!). All in all, a lovely lovely experience. We also recommended the apartment to our friends who will be staying there with their kids this August."
