"Perfect location. Close to downtown yet on a quiet street. Close to public transportation including tram to airport. Very kind and helpful owners. Very reasonably priced. Comfortably furnished. I was traveling alone yet it would be equally comfortable with two guests. Would definitely stay here again."Guest: alan p. Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: September 12, 2014View listing
"We had one of our most enjoyable VRBO stays at Vivienne's apartment. First, it was sparkling clean and bright. We were personally met by Vivienne, who welcomed us to Edinburgh with a nice welcome basket of fruit, cookies, coffee, tea, bread, and a bottle of wine. She gave us info about the area, and lots of guides, books, maps, and brochures were provided. The location couldn't have been better, at the Grassmarket, near shops and restaurants, and we were able to view a spectacular fireworks display at the castle, right out the front room window. She was so very kind and we appreciated the care she obviously takes in making sure her guests feel comfortable and at home. This is a real gem."Guest: Michael L. "Excellent location and decoration. The pictures do not provide justice for the charm of the flat. The kitchen is very well-equipped and details for use of equipment, internet, etc are well-provided and clear. The street parking or park house provided easy access for our rental car. The location is perfectly located for those without an auto also."Guest: Cheryl Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 15, 2014View listing
"We spent five days in this flat. It's a really nice, clean and comfortable place. The owner is a very close person and is worried about guest's comfort and the kind of guest who's going to stay in his flat, so that you will always find it in perfect conditions. It's not far away from city center, and you have facilities (Sainsbury's, shops and coffe shops) close to the place. You will have help anytime if needed. I highly recommend to stay there if you're looking for a quite vacation in Edinburgh with your couple or on your own. You got a good Internet connection."Guest: Beatriz A.
