"This was our favorite apartment that we have ever rented. It was perfect--clean and very functional. This is a first rate operation. The beds were very comfortable. We loved having two bathrooms and a washer and dryer. The four of us were very comfortable there. The lady who showed us around was very kind, professional, and helpful. The terrace was so nice. The roof top has a stunning view of the beautiful church across the street and a nice distant view of the Sagrada Familia. We highly recommend this apartment. If we return, we will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for your hospitality."

"We stayed 3 weeks on a work-vacation adventure at this very comfortable apartment complete with 3 nicely furnished bedrooms and 2 bathrooms one of which was ensuite. The unit was furnished well even though we added to the kitchen ammenities by buying wine glasses and a sharper knife for slicing/dicing. All the basics were provided to include a toaster and an electric hot water pot. The markings on the stove knobs were gone but guessing at the settings was fun. We had a daily visit of 4 - 5 ants that appeared to be tourists as they did not get into the food or other areas. Very strange. The unit is air-conditioned which is a blessing on very hot days, the combo washer-dryer is a perfect addition and the windows open wide to let in the daily breeze that cooled off the interior. The Wi-Fi router worked well when it was working but had to be re-set several times in order to hold the signal-annoying but readily fixable by the management which resides in the building. This is a big help when you need advice or recommendations. It is a very pleasant walk to the Sagrada Familia via Avenue Gaudi several blocks away and do not miss the Hospital Sant Pau nearby. It is a gem of a UNESCO World Heritage site. There are several supermarkets or produce stores nearby that offer everything you may need for snacks or meals. This location is not close to the El Born or the Gothic Quarter but transportation is readily available via bus, Metro or cab. We had to use cabs as a member of our party was handicapped but be assured that they are plentiful, safe and not expensive. The sites, dining, vino and citizens of Barcelona are delightful and it is why we will keep coming back to Catalonia."
