  • Perfect Christmas holiday location!

"We loved our stay in Sarah's house. It was even better than described in the ad. Beautiful, historic neighbourhood. Would come back for sure!"

  • Best part of our vacation

"My husband, my two children (8 & 11) and I stayed here for three nights at the beginning of our vacation in Spain. We loved it. Not only is the view spectacular, but the house and patio were perfect for reading, playing cards, splashing around in the small pool (which my kids did at midnight). Things really do shut down in the middle of the afternoon, and we were thrilled because we got to go back to our house and enjoy it. The neighborhood is also great for grabbing pastries or fruit. We enjoyed walking down the hill and along the river by all the cafes and shops to downtown and some amazing food. And we all enjoyed the Alhambra, too."

The Advantages of Choosing Valencia Vacation Rentals

Valencia is a beautiful region on the east coast of Spain known as “La Huerta” which means the Garden of Spain. The area is very fertile and known for its oranges. It is also the original home of paella, a tasty rice and seafood dish which must be sampled.

The capital of the province is the city of Valencia, the third largest in the country. It is a modern and progressive city with a mix of spectacular modern and historic buildings and architecture. Its primary tourist attraction is the Arts and Science Complex which has four different attractions. Valencia’s Old Quarter has many excellent restaurants around the Plaza de la Reina which serve tapas, local wine and excellent seafood. The Costa Blanca coastline is renowned for its beautiful white sandy beaches.

Families will enjoy the flexibility of staying in a vacation home in Valencia. Many villas have private pools which make a good alternative to heading for the beach each day. Vacation rentals allow you to get up when you like and set your own agenda. In the hot summer afternoons, it is easy for youngsters to take a siesta nap, making dining out in the evening more enjoyable.

Vacation villas are always fully furnished to a high standard. There are plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their own space which is a great idea if the in-laws are staying too. With a well-equipped kitchen, meals can be prepared to suit the family’s tastes or to accommodate special dietary requirements.
