  • Great place

"We had already high expectations from having seen the pictures of the appartment online, but these expectations were clearly exceeded when walking into the appartment. Great. The location as such, incl the view, is already difficult to beat. But in addition, also the interieur has been put together with a lot of taste, and everything is in perfect condition. It is a place we like to come back to."

  • Wonderful holiday!

"Just back having spent a wonderful week in Chalet "Dunmore". Great location with spectacular views of the alps which in spite of it being summertime were snow capped! Excellent accommodation well equipped for all our needs. Enjoyed our breakfast each morning in sunshine on the deck. Very pleasant walks each day from the comfort of our home from home. Will definitely be making a return trip!"

  • Luxury Houseboat on the Seine

"Our family of seven(Includes 3 and 13 year old granddaughters) had a wonderful 3 night stay on this magnificent houseboat. Everything was as represented, and more! We were met by the gracious owner, who gave us an excellent overview of what was available in his splendid houseboat. Everything we needed for dining and sleeping was readily at hand, with no shortage of space. It offers a different perspective of Paris, including continuous viewing of the many varied passing "bateaux" and river cruises We used the nearby Metro terminus to access the sites of Paris without any problem. It was hard to leave, but we have many fond memories our short stay."

Getting to Sweden

Sweden is located in the far northern part of Europe and one of the Scandinavian countries. It is well connected to Europe by road rail and air, and there are frequent flights to North America and other continents. The major airport is in Stockholm which is the country's largest city and capital. To get to Stockholm, there are direct flights from most major European cities such as London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, and Munich. There are also transatlantic flights from New York City, Chicago, Seattle and Washington DC. Sometimes these flights route via Copenhagen in neighboring Denmark. In the far southern part of Sweden at the city of Malmo, there is a 10-mile bridge which connects to Copenhagen in Denmark. This is the main road and rail access point into the country. There are also numerous ferries that operate between Sweden and its Scandinavian neighbors.
