  • Amazing Rental in Barrier Dunes

"I've been staying in Barrier Dunes for 8 years and this is THE BEST UNIT and most beautifully decorated unit in the complex. The kitchen was fully stocked with great equipment and the beds were extremely comfortable - we slept better there than we do in our own homes. The owner quickly responded with answs to any question I had and extremely nice to work with. I am definitely staying in this unit again!"

  • Comfortable for all!

"We had a great time, and slept very comfortably for our weekend stay. Stand up paddle boards, hot tubbing and Bon fires were the perfect way for us to end our summer. We will be coming back next summer, and making it an even longer trip!"

  • Beach Vacation

"This is my second stay at Cape Villas and I can't say enough wonderful things about this little piece of paradise! I love the seclusion and quaintness of Port St. Joe. My husband loved fishing from the beach, he caught a lot of catfish and small black tip shark's. The dolphins where very active as well! :) Having dinner at the Indian Pass Raw Bar is a must!! The Sunset Grill is fantastic as well. Steve, the owner is very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to coming back next year!!"

"This cabin is sooo cute. It was our good fortune to find it for our Thanksgiving holiday weekend. The kitchen may be small, but VERY well stocked. There was everything from coffee to batteries, (no cookie sheet or large roaster), and EVERYTHING worked. The futons are not comfortable for sitting but slept comfy enough for the old folks that were the night owls. Although a bit awkward entering the bathroom through the bedroom, it worked out fine and provided a good share of laughs. The shower is amazing but perhaps an exhaust fan would be helpful. Even though the cabin is the perfect size for two, our family of 4 + the family dog enjoyed the space. When it came time to enjoy a full-course Thanksgiving feast, the absence of a dining room table mattered very little to anyone. The most finicky housekeeper will be delighted, but the lack of dead bugs in the window tracks and webs in the corners would be sure to get it an A+. Having a washer & dryer and dishwasher as part of the MANY perks of this incredibly affordable getaway made us feel quite spoiled. The tasteful decor offers such a warm welcome but when coupled with the expansive wrap-around deck and amazing lake have a "hands-down" winner! Our son and his girlfriend were able to fully enjoy this 5 night mini-va'ca as the location is perfect for Spokane commuters. Our entire family benefitted from this much-needed respite. "Hats-Off" to Jay for a job well done and his thoughtful attention to details. He has our most heart-felt thanks for graciously sharing this precious treasure by the lake."

Seasons to Visit the United Kingdom

The weather of the United Kingdom is characterized by rain, and a lot of it. The advantage of this is that the rural landscapes are perpetually green and very scenic. Winters are generally quite long and in the central and northern regions, snowfalls are not uncommon. Winter starts from mid-October and generally lasts until the end of April. Spring and autumn are usually quite short-lived. Summer is from June to August and daytime temperatures can get quite hot. On a sunny day, especially if it is on the weekend, you will see many of the locals out and about making the most of the good weather. Summertime is traditionally the peak tourist season and major tourist attractions can get very crowded. If you are willing to travel out of season and possible put up with a little bit of bad weather, you can benefit from some great travel deals.
