"We had an amazing time in LasGaviotas. The house was big enough to put all of us in there... The people living there was real nice. the house was close to everything we wanted to do...it was relaxing and the beach was amazing. I sure would like to live here because of the area. Thanks Rob and we hope to do it again"

"To say it lightly, this place was awesome! Considering the price and the size - this place is a serious steal. We rented this penthouse with the intention of filling it with 7 girls for a weekend getaway, however only 4 could come. So yes, THERE WAS SO MUCH SPACE. The view is incredible, the security guards (Nick & Juvenile being our faves) were so helpful - called us taxis each night and even had 1 bring us supplies from the store.
I will be coming back regularly! Nothing bad to say about this place beyond the interesting smells that would surprise us throughout the day - but let's face it, we are in Mexico - that IS normal.
And if you are looking for fish Popotla TRUMPS Puerto Nuevo every time."

"Have to say I was nervous that there were no reviews for this rental until I saw the spot for guest comments. We rented for a long weekend and were glad we did. This place had everything we needed. We sat on the deck drinking coffee in the morning after our walk along the cliff. There is something about the ocean air that revives me. No need to entertain our teenage kids, they spent their time on the beach and surfed all day. The adults in our group spent a fun day in Ensenada (Guadalupe Valley) wine tasting. Another day we drove into Rosarito for some drinks, lunch and a little shopping. We cooked in every night and the kitchen was fully equipped but there are a few placed right down the road if you wanted to eat out. Sunsets were spectacular and when we left we wished we had another day or two. We will be back soon."
