  • GREAT PROPERTY

"Last July my husband and I along with 2 other couples stayed at your home, we loved your home very clean and nicely decorated, every night we went onto the patio and enjoyed the fire pit and the amazing views. The neighborly area and the grounds made us feel at home. The only draw- back is that we had to go home... thank you..."

  • Fantastic vacation getaway!

"We came to this wonderful condo for a Thanksgiving vacation and boy were we thankful! It was spacious, luxurious, clean, safe and in the perfect location. We walked on the beach every day to get food or go shopping. The condo's amenities were comfortable and the view was gorgeous. It was very quiet all day and night. The wireless was great but a little spotty (but BJ & JJ left exact instructions on how to re-boot it). The land line was also a great convenience. Everyone had a great time (ages 7, 10, 25, 30-something and 50-something). We definitely want to come back!! The only thing that could use improvement was the community hot tub - no matter how long it had been heating, it never got hot. A hot hot tub would have been great."

  • Memorial weekend getaway

"10 of us stayed at this beautiful home over memorial weekend and we couldn't be more satisfied. The house was just like the pictures, big, clean and had an amazing view. There was security walking around at night making sure everything was ok so we definitely felt safe. Thank you for letting us stay at your home and we look forward in renting from you again soon. -Denisse"

  • Wonderful Home!

"We stayed for a weekend in Lizzy's gorgeous home and boy was it a treat! The pictures of the house don't do it justice. We came with a group of 14 and it was more than big enough for all of us. We spent most of the weekend lounging by the beach, but the afternoon that we went into town, we called the front gate for a taxi and they had one waiting for us right when we needed it. The only negative thing I can say, is that when we tried to use the gas grill outside, it did not work, as well as one of the refrigerators. There were also a few lights out in the backyard. We called the property manager Charlie, and he was out to fix everything within an hour. He was so sweet and did a great job on getting things back up and running. Lizzy was extremely accommodating throughout the entire rental process and I would highly recommend renting from her. It's going to become an annual trip for our group!"

Rosarito Beach Travel Tips

Rosarito Beach Rentals are Convenient

Being just 20 miles from the border of San Diego, California makes Rosarito Beach in Baja California, Mexico a great location for vacationers from the U.S. To get to Rosarito Beach, travel on I-5 or I-805 south to the San Ysidro border crossing at Tijuana. Just a short drive in Mexico will take you to the beautiful Rosarito Beach. To fly here, the closest major airport is Gen. Abelardo L Rodriguez.

One of the many reasons that visitors head here is the wonderful, year-round warm weather. This makes it an attractive location at any time of year for a great beach vacation, with plenty of water sports on offer. You can also enjoy excellent trips inland, nightlife, culture and a variety of activities all day, every day.

Much More Than a Surfers' Paradise

One of the major draws to Rosarito Beach resorts is the surfing. All along the coast, close to Rosarito Beach, are beaches just waiting for visitors to bring their boards and hit the waves. Surfing conditions vary throughout the year. From October to April, the water temperatures are cooler; most surfers will wear a full suit and the waves are very consistent. During the summer months, surfers will find less consistent waves and no wet suit is required.

While the area is a big hit with surfers, there are a variety of outdoor activities to be enjoyed, both along the coast and in the surrounding area. There are two golf courses within the area, the Real del Mar Golf Course and the Baja Mar Golf Course. For those with an adventurous streak, there is hand gliding and motor cross on offer, or head to the historic area of Rosarito Canyon for a day of horseback riding. Families will enjoy a visit to Xploration, a movie-based theme park attached to Fox Studios. Many visitors here will take a spa day and indulge in a wide variety of treatments to relax and revitalize!

Popular choices on many menus are fried lobster, beans, rice, tortillas, chips and salsa; however, each restaurant will use their own recipe to make their offerings unique. This village also offers great local crafts and is a delight to wander around, exploring the streets off the beach.
