  • Rincon Rocks

"Our family had 17 folks at the Inn, ranging in age from 6 to 80, and in interests from fishing at 5AM to snorkeling, ATV-ing, hiking, sitting by the pool, etc. The staff was great, leading and helping us with their own botanical garden tour, a hike in the hills, obtaining multiple fishing boats, directing us to ATV dealers. The staff catered to our special needs as well…a birthday cake, a Thanksgiving turkey with mole sauce, and a special piñata. The food was fantastic (and plentiful – and even provided at odd times to accommodate hiking, fishing, other trips). Probably most importantly, we truly felt as if we were family; they really care about their guests. The property is very attractive, located on the gorgeous Sea of Cortez, with its own clean pool, plenty of lounges with huge towels, lots of floatation devices, beach balls, etc. The hacienda rooms are arranged around the pool, most with views of the water (Sea of Cortez). There is a large gathering/dining area for all meals & celebrations. Also there is a TV/game area (nice flat screen TV) and a large fireplace (it does get cool in the evenings). The process of arranging for the rental of the hacienda was quite easy. The owners are very kind, helpful & easy to deal with. We were supplied with a great map with photos of turn offs of how to reach the Inn from the Cabo Airport. All 17 of us had a super time and rate the Inn at Rincon a 10/10 in all aspects."

  • The perfect honeymoon getaway!

"This cozy cottage was better than advertised. Even though we were lured to Cabo Pulmo by its reputation as one of the best snorkeling areas in Baja Sur and were greeted by unseasonable thunderstorms allowing us only 10 minutes in the balmy Sea of Cortez, Cremin's hospitality and wonderful hilltop Casita more than made up for our not being able to swim. The Hill Top House, being away from the hub of activity in this small village, was very quiet and peaceful and the housekeeping was meticulous. When it wasn't raining, we were out on the patio watching the wonderful array of birds that Cremin had attracted through his selective plantings and his hummingbird feeders. His advise on things to see and the best places to eat were spot on. The casita was also within walking distance to Cabo Pulmo's restaurants - El Caballero was Cremin's recommendation and our favorite - and business area, as well as to a beautiful hiking trail affording us grand views of the village, the azure waters of the Sea of Cortez and the rugged desert mountains surrounding the area. We will make Cremin's Hill Top House our top destination on our next visit. Thanks Cremin. Hasta luego, nuestro amigo."

  • The Best in Cabo Pulmo!!

"Amazing! Spectacular! Met all our expectations and then some. The details are exquisite. Very clean and well maintained. The patio is home to all kinds of birds, butterflies and gorgeous plants. The beach is steps away and the snorkeling wonderful. Most of our time was spent sitting out enjoying the garden, reading, playing games and relaxing. It tends to be windy in the area, but the patio is sheltered from the wind. Property manager checked in frequently to answer questions and make sure we were comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom gorgeous. The best restaurant in town, El Caballero, is right across the street. Follow owner's advice and shop for groceries in San Jose del Cabo before driving out as there are no grocery stores in Pulmo. Get coffee, bakery goods, tortillas, cheese, beer/water/sodas, snacks, fruit. Would highly recommend this lovely casita to anyone; just don't book it during the time I want to return!!"

  • Wonderful, wonderful stay

"My husband and 8 year old son stayed at the villa for a week and cannot say enough good things about this stunning place. The entire experience from booking to checking out was excellent. The Jannings responded to our request immediately, and our communications with Karl, the caretaker were very helpful. Karl is a wonderful person and checked in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. The home is really beautiful, a perfect place to take breaks from the beautiful beaches and snorkeling. Well furnished kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful deck to lounge on. It has a beautiful and large garden that is full of local birds and creatures. The town of Pulmo is remote and is about 90 minutes from Los Cabos Airport, the last 30 minutes of which you are on potholed and dirt roads. The roads are totally manageable, you just need to take your time and just enjoy the ride. Totally worth the trek out there, though, and we're already planning our return trip for next year."
