we loved this Penthouse and the location is great for fisherman and golfers
"we stayed at Marina Sol in the 5 bedroom Ultimate Penthouse and we had 4 guys total as the rate for this Penthouse was so reasonable that we just left the 5th bedroom unused the whole time.
We golfed at 2 courses close to Cabo and we liked the Ocean course at Cabo del Sol the best. We also fished 2 days with the Picante Fleet and the Marina is 2 blocks away so a short walk in the morning and we were off for Marlin. We nailed the fish in Cabo and played terrible golf.
The location of this Resort is perfect as we also caught the daily Bikini contest they have at Mango deck on Medano beach. If you want a very good Value and a great location nothing in Cabo compares to the rates at Marina Sol. We will definitely go back again as soon as we can all get together again."

"Eight couples arrived at the Villa Buena Vida and were greeted by the most amazing staff! They made everything so easy, from shopping, to meals, to cocktails. The home was gorgeous, beautifully decorated and the view was incredible.
We played tennis every morning, which there are two courts a few blocks away and driving into town was incredibly easy. There is a fantastic restaurant at the foot of Pedregal called Romeo and Julietta that I would recommend.
I would highly recommend Villa Buena Vida for your next vacation!"

"We stayed for a week in this beautiful condo set on a gorgeous property for our first visit to Cabo and this momma was happy! Working with the condo owners prior to our stay was a breeze. They were very quick to respond and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. We brought four teenagers with us (my kids each brought a friend) ranging from 16-18 years and they were so impressed with what Villa La Estancia had to offer. They also loved the layout of the condo and appreciated the ground floor access, huge veranda, and privacy of a separate entrance. There was something for everyone. My husband and I appreciated the mellow atmosphere even during peak Spring Break season and the kids had plenty of opportunities to be kids (beach volleyball, pool fun, sand games, ocean swimming, parasailing, wave runners, and more.) We had plenty of lunches at La Parilla Grille poolside and the food was quite good! One of our kids isn't a big fan of Mexican food and he LOVED the burgers that were offered. I loved the fish tacos, quesadillas, and wraps. We also took advantage of the onsite deli and what a delightful experience! Their breakfasts were delicious and the fresh guacamole, pico, and chips were to die for! Nice to have a grocery store on property, as well for any little items we ran out of or forgot to get at Walmart. Since we were a group total of 38 people (high school graduation group) all renting from separate owners the convenience of getting into downtown with either 15 passenger vans, water taxis, or a walk on the beach was nice! One day we rented a catamaran for snorkeling and whale watching and that was a blast. The whales were breaching like crazy! Can't say enough good things about renting from these owners and the quality of condo 200049. I'd come back again in a heartbeat! Thanks Jeff and Kelly! You were wonderful to work with and we appreciate you sharing your lovely beach home with us."

"We stayed in this wonderful condo in March 2015. The views of the city and Sea of Cortez are terrific and condo offers ample space. The beds are comfortable, couch was newer and great, and the kitchen table is in good shape. The best part of condo was the balcony with the views. The granite in the kitchen is nice. There is an opportunity to improve the kitchen with some updates on coffee maker and some nonglass dishware. The tile floors throughout were nice and in great shape.
We liked the location because of the views it offers being up in the hills and access to the incredible neighborhood. The huge homes are great to drive around to see and you can play tennis($15/hour) and best of all you get access to the private neighborhood Pedegral beach. You can also get to the Marina very easily from the condo location.
The pool and the grounds for the condo are well kept. The garage for our car was adequate as well. You are in the hills so you will do a bit of walking up and down stairs, but there is an elevator.
Donna was great to work with on logistics and recommendations.. We had one issue with a power outage in the condo and Donna was very considerate.
We rented a car which was fine for most part but Cabo is confusing to drive in with poor signs and GPS doesn't work well. But if you want to have the freedom to go to the beaches and Walmart etc then renting car is the way to go. But it is expensive in Mexico with the insurance and taxes.
I would recommend going to the marina to negotiate a whale watching and Lovers beach visit and you can rent jet skis from Marina. There is no need to reserve these online as you will pay five times more.
You can drive to the beaches to snorkel at Santa Maria and Chilleno but the signs from the road for Chilleno are not up so try your GPS. We also really enjoyed the fine dining both in town and also around the Marina.
We will definitely come back to Cabo and recommend this condo for the price and location and what it offers."
